I’ve had a couple of frustrating issues to manage with my new blazer EV however the staff has been very good to help me address the issues. All areas of the Lawley dealership, including The collision center I had to use for a faux pas I had with my charging door, Have been very reliable and helpful!

Even tho I had an appointment it took over 2 hours to just change my oil which actually only optically takes 15-20 minutes.
Also the mileage display didn’t show after the oil change so I had to ask them to set the display back like it was.
In addition they never even applied a new next oil change sticker on my windshield.
I am seriously considering getting my next oil change elsewhere.

After O'Reilly Chevrolet in Tucson flat out refused to replace the windshield washer fluid pump on my 2023 Equinox (which is covered under GM bumper-to-bumper warranty), I called Lawley and made an appointment with John (very polite & professional). I took my Equinox in today and they had it fixed within 1.5 hours. Wonderful, professional and dignified business! Thank you Lawley!!

I call and setup an appointment and it still takes them at least an hour to just get my vehicle in. Numerous times I have had to wait for 2 hours +. I am no longer a glutton for punishment so I will go elsewhere to get my oil changed.

Update 2: Lawley is back to their old habit. My appointment for an oil change was for 1PM. At 3PM my truck was pulled into the bay. Between this and my car’s paint issues, someone needs to start firing people. Owners, contact me about the car.
Update: I got a response. I am not trying to be unreasonable. I don’t want anything from you guys other than improvement. It is in reasonable for me to have a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change, have the vehicle sit for half an hour, then wait an hour and a half longer for it to get done. It is unreasonable for me to have a 9:00 AM appointment for a transmission flush, have the vehicle sit for for forty five minutes then wait another three hours for it, when it is a one hour job. It is unreasonable. You guys do good work, but something is broken in your system. Please address that rather than deflect by saying that you are always busy, because I always make an appointment and not once out of many oil changes has it taken less than two hours.
The service department while polite and helpful, never sticks to an appointment and the service is really slow. Today I had an appointment for 9:00 AM, it was 9:45 when they took the vehicle back. My vehicle got done at 1:15 PM, which was three and a half hours for a job that should have only taken 1 hour. It isn’t the only thing. My oil change appointments are usually half an hour late and average about two hours from the time the vehicle goes back till the time it finishes for a total of two and a half hours. I am seriously considering finding someone else just because they are always late and run so slow.

This review will be the first time I have ever given Lawley's a bad one and it in no ways reflects on the hard working people in the service department; I think they are the best. However, I called and made an appointment for my service and had to wait a week. Upon dropping my vehicle off, I was told it was going to be a 3 to 4 hour wait and that it was due to people making appointments online. It makes no sense to have an appointment if you get backed up because someone did not program the on line appointment system right. If you call for an appointment it is not crosschecked with the online appointments. In addition, the mechanics are getting overwhelmed and will be prone to making mistakes. I am not happy.
