“Supervisor Paul and other great associates helped give me the guidance and confidence to redo my bathroom. It was my first project of this kind. Still need to put in my floor boards, install the backsplash, and update my mirror and lighting, but I am thrilled so far.Paul spent a good amount of time recommending flooring and backsplash, telling me how to install them, and making sure I had the tools to do it. AMAZING service. Absolute game changer for me and the enhanced customer service at Lowe's is 100% why I shop there rather than Home Depot (also good, but not as much personalized care).”

“Visited this location the other day, not quite sure what i was looking for but between the service of Donna, and Cody, not only did i find what i was looking for, i was helped by two of the best customer service workers i have ever encountered.
