Our washer went out this morning, went to home depot and picked out a washer. We had to wait a little bit for help, but the nicest young man helped us. His name was Lucas. Very knowledgeable and very very nice.

Just dont utilize Home Depot for contractor services. Go right to the source.Counter top replacement was a nightmare of a fiasco. Plumbers were contracted to demo out the sinks before the counters could be installed. Plumber showed up at 8pm, the night before the countertops were to be delivered. And didnt show back up to reconnect the sinks for a week afterwards.

Tiffany and Sherry went above and beyond with their customer service!! We live in St. David so it's 60 miles round trip. It took 3 trips to get our new vertical blinds cut correctly so they refunded half of the price for the blinds. Their attitude and attention to our problem is what makes great customer service! I sure hope you treat them well because they are the cream of the crop.

Andrew is always nice and friendly when we come in to the store. We are doing some DIY projects at home and have had to return some items. He has helped us each time and has been friendly and knowledgeable.
