I just dropped off a bunch of clothing, and lots of other household goods. The young hispanic women who met me at the door was not friendly. She kept huffing and puffing when I was unloading more donations. Finally, I unloaded an old TV, it was a good, working TV, I checked to make sure it still worked before I dropped it off. She promptly huffed and said "Sir, we don't want that TV" I said ok, want me to reload it and throw it out? She paused for a minute, huffed and said no, no, it's fine." I was simply trying to donate good used items for someone else to use, I was not expecting an attitude and made to feel like I was an inconvenience. No longer will I be dropping stuff off at Goodwill. It's going to St. Vincent and or Salvation Army, and I'm spreading the word.

The most disappointing Goodwill I've ever been to. The store needs a deep cleaning and reorganization. There is literal trash on the shelves. Clothing is just thrown up on the racks and not put up by sizing anymore. Seems like the employees here have gotten very lazy.

There’s a good variety of clothing, though nothing much for XXXL and above. Few hats, few electronics on display. Rather underwhelming in books and DVD.

This Goodwill is a bit pricey compared to other locations, but it's the best place in town to thrift clothing. It had a much larger and varied selection of clothing. I've found some real gems here, especially in decor and furniture.I just wish it was better organized. They have a big rack where womens plus-sized clothing of all kinds is just kind of thrown all onto one long isle rack. It makes it frustrating to look through, especially when the sizes are all mixed together. There is a huge difference between an XL and a XXXL after all. It's pretty obvious that they don't put much care towards plus size clothing, but hey, if you're a smaller size, I guess that's not really a problem.

Goodwill, the only huge thrift store in the area with ample parking, donation acceptance & a job connection center. One can come shop, donate goods or come in to use the computers at the job center, and Shirley is the coordinator at the job center to help with resumes & print out paperwork or any questions you may have. The employees ate very nice & donated items are constantly being put out on the floor clothes, TVs, toys, & brick a brack. They have daily & weekly specials along with 50% off colored tag discounts weekly. The early bird gets the worm, the best time is in the morning when everything has been put out the night before or go in the afternoon when more stuff is being replenished throughout the day. Goodwill hunting.

These people who work here do not greet you as they open up in the morning. Very rude when dropping off donations yelling “ WERE NOT TAKING ANYMORE DONATIONS!”with mean expression on their faces. They act more like gang members than goodwill employees. What ever happened to all the male employees. They were polite and got the Job done ✔️ and definitely had manners. You people need to work on your self conduct.

My granddaughter accidentally dropped a pair of shoes and the worker came and grabbed them and threw em on the shelf and then complained about it at the front very rude and talking to people with no respect, and mind you no my granddaughter doesn't look like the average 10 year old in height and features but she is a young child and you don't talk to people under age disrespectful manner.

Just moved here from Nevada where there were fourteen Goodwill Stores. I was eager to get to the one in Sierra Vista. Big dissapointment! The store was very small, dirty, over priced and the employees not nice at all. I won't be going back again.

Really like this store, but this time of year, they should have all the registers in use. Not one with 6 people in line

This store could use a deep reorganization. Everything appears to be sorted into size categories. Until you begin looking for a particular size. It all needs to be taken off the rack and rearranged. It would be so much easier on the customers, but also on the employees. Also, when bringing in donations, everyone who hangs clothes should be looking at the quality of the items. I cannot tell you the high number of pieces I have seen with holes, rips, tears, missing pieces and spots of who knows what. It's crazy.I understand it's all donations, but some standards should be considered.I'll still come in and shop for certain items, but as for the clothing, my time and money is better spent elsewhere.

They fire their employees if they take too many sick days which encourages their employees to hide when they are sick and come in anyway for fear of losing their employment. I feel like this is hypocritical because they require masks and act like they are doing what they can to prevent covid but then don’t treat their employees in a way that makes them feel secure enough to take sick days. I know it’s an “at will” state, so Mabye they aren’t doing anything illegal but I find it completely unethical especially in the day and age we live in.
