We purchased a dishwasher on 02/12/2023. Paid the ridiculously high fee for delivery and installation, which was done (by a contractor, I believe) on 02/15. While installing they managed to chip a large chunk out of our countertop. Approximately 6" x 3". They gave us a number to call to file a claim which we did that day. We have called twice to follow up. It is now 10 days later and we haven't heard anything back from them. Now our plumbing under the sink is leaking, so I 'm inclined to believe they messed that up too.

I came in during Black Friday to buy a dishwahser and refrigrator for my new home in Sierra Vista. When the installer came by, they said that we did not pay for an installation, but would do it for free. I had the receipt for the installation on both. Just the same, they installed both units. However, they would not take the dishwasher away because nothing was paid for hauling it away. I called Home Depot to validate that. They said it was not part of the installation. I told them that sales agent did not mention a haul away option. I was pretty much told that was an error of the sales agent and that I would have personally get rid of it. They also suggested that I move the refrigerator to make room for the new unit. That ended up not being the case. With all that said, it appears that they don't really care about the customer and would rather nickle and dime you. All I can say is that I am highly disappointed. Hence, I would recommend going elsewhere for your appliances than Home Depot.

Do not use their window or flooring services! I had $10,000.00 worth of windows installed and they broke two of the ten windows during installation. They said the windows were reordered and it would take one month. It has been three months. You call the store and they don't answer, put you on hold, hang up, knowingly transfer you to an unstaffed department, or tell you the employee is with a customer. There is no national customer service to complain to about your poor local service. So, I might not be as upset if it weren't for my flooring experience. I ordered $7,000.00 worth of flooring. The hardwoods went well and were even put in a day early. (Although, the supplies were way over ordered.). The carpet delivered on the other hand was the wrong carpet. They said it would take 2-8 days to replace. Well, my furniture was outside on two covered porches with plastic over it for a month. I could have moved the furniture back in if the installers would have put down the carpet that was the correct carpet in two rooms. But no, they rolled it up and took it away as they were told to do by their boss. Well, it is monsoon season and it's hard to keep the plastic on in high winds. So yes, after a month of monsoon rains my carpet arrived. Most of my furniture seems fine after cleaning and scorpion removal. So yes, elder(60+) abuse again because I guess I was supposed to move the furniture twice? Make your life easier and go to Lowes. You might pay a little more, but it will be worth it. They also have great appliance deals. Again, there are some delays, but at least they call you!

Possibly the worst store of any kind in Sierra Vista. Sales associates scatter like roaches if you come near them for help (that is if you can even find one). Today one of them called me "a r******* I was so angry I demanded to see his manager. His response was "go ahead I dont care". When I talked to the manager "Danny" I was furious. Rather than try to figure out what was wrong he told me to leave his store and that the loss of the few thousand $ I was about to spend on tools and lumber was in his exact words "just the price of my ego". Until I get a formal apology, Home Depot will never see another dime of my money.

Home Depot lied an deceived me promising they warranty my windows. Now repair time and for 3 months no response and no repair. Such liars. So much for customer service

Great at taking your money. Not great at special orders. Not great at communication on returns. Not great at straight, accurate answers. Seems everyone is operating on there own guesstimates on how X process works and you'll get a different answer depending who you speak with on a given day. Good luck.

Home Depot continues to impress! Though this HD is smaller than others (I.e., Tucson stores) it makes up for it in customer service and professionalism. From the store manager(s)... to the ladies in customer service/returns.... to Tom in the paint department....(by the way Tom is AWESOME!) to the gang in the garden/outdoor department.... HD is the place to shop. They price match. They do not haggle when you're not pleased with products/services... they hire folks who are knowledgeable about the products they sell... who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs! Thank you HD for staying true to your mission and customers. PS.... please consider selling Tanks (Tucson Co) & HappyFrog soils/compost. Plus worm castings!

Paint department is great! Very knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. Find great deals on website. Ordering online and picking up in store is convenient too.

I came here needing several things for putting in a new fence, and had quite a long list I made at home prior to coming in. When I came in the store, I saw Will, an employee walking in from outside and asked him several questions. I think Will could tell by my questions I was going to need quite a bit of help and assisted me w my purchase start to finish, stopping occasionally to answer customer questions. He even came out and loaded the numerous bags of concrete mix into my car. Without his assistance I would likely have been in the store forever!! I appreciated the great customer service!
