Has been very rude about filling my daughters ADHD medication. Now refusing to fill it technician told my wife that she didn't need the medication that it was parenting problem.

Usually friendly and very fast. Best pharmacy in Sierra Vista....there are a few really mean, just awful people...but only a few....and I feel bad for them because it's a high stress, fast paced, job. And they seem to absolutely hate their life. Apart from that. A wonderful place to go. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work guys ?

I went in for my Covid 19 booster and Flu vaccines on 25 October 2023 with an appointment @10:00 am. I was quickly checked in by a male staff pharmacist who was polite and efficient . Then a female pharmacist administered my vaccines and she was very professional and friendly. She had given my vaccines in the past and my experience had also been positive, as it was today. I know that a lot of people only write negative reviews, so I told her it is always pleasant to come to this Sierra Vista Frys pharmacy for vaccines compared to other places.Overall, this Frys store is well run, and it is probably the hidden gem for this small town, when it comes to pharmacy service.

Frys Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in town in my point of view. When we had Kmart in town that’s where I always got my medicines. They were awesome too. But then they shut down and closed so I’ve been going to Frys now. For about 15 years. There is no long wait time. The technicians and the Pharmacists bust their butts and you can see it!!They are very nice to you. And they do everything that they can. And to make it a pleasant experience. They now have a nice little area with chairs while you’re waiting. If you can’t stand, I can say that they do go above and beyond. Some of you might not agree with me on that? But things happen and it’s just out of their control. Please remember that there is always a middleman between the Pharmacy and the insurance. So that the technicians are not to be blamed. They get frustrated with the middleman as well.Some of them also make you feel like family if you’ve gone there as long as I’ve had. They are always willing to answer questions, and never ever, try to hurry you up to get to the next person in line. so if you’re looking for a new pharmacy, just remember Frys can’t be beat ??

So I went to go and get my meds and I didn't have my id with me and the girl was very rude and gave me a attitude. When I walked away she said I don't even know why you wanted your time to come to the Pharmacy and get nothing. So I went and got what I needed and just left. Just because you hate your life doesn't mean you have to hate you customers.

I've been shopping at Frys ever since moving here in 2004. I've learned when the best times are to come here to avoid the crowds. I have a loyalty card, which helps me save 10-40 cents a gallon of gas when I tank up.Shop before 8am or after 8pm. Avoid the first Wednesday of the month as that is when retirees flood the store for their 10% discount.The deli isn't stocked until 10:30, and no baked chicken until later. I do like their deli offerings. Best deals for that is late afternoon.I find their meats and chicken cheaper here than Safeway. Always check the ads. They often have unannounced specials.The aisles are wide enough for two carts to move through. It can get crowded in the vegetable aisles, though. I wasn't crazy about the company switching to self-check lanes. I prefer a large load to be checked by an employee, rather than me being watched by a high schooler. There are usually two lanes with employees for that, but they can get long.Parking is plentiful.

Under no circumstances should you shop at this store. I've tried going in and shopping in person, but the employees are almost universally rude and very poorly trained, having no knowledge of item location or quality of product. I've done the online shopping and pickup thing, but life is short and I do not wish to spend 93 minutes sitting in a parking lot with a dismal view waiting for them to deliver 5 bags of groceries 50 yards from their door to my truck.I just tried having them deliver groceries to me in Tombstone, but they use Instacart...need I say more? Apparently the person who did the shopping charged 223.50 to my card, adding items that were not on my order (which was originally 179.00), then claimed she couldn't find my home...then when called on that claimed no one answered the door...I've been home all day. Then Instacart says nothing was charged to my card and the order was cancelled, but I informed the rep on the phone that I was looking directly at my bank statement online and there are four separate charges to my card! And neither Fry's nor Instacart will refund the purchase I never received so I will be forced to do a chargeback through the bank, which will take at least two weeks. There is literally zero chance that I will ever give another dime to this store or to Instacart. I hope Angelica (the shopper from Fry's/Instacart) enjoys my mint chip ice cream while she can, because we all know what karma does eventually.

In September, 2021, I called the pharmacy and asked if they had the latest flu vaccine. The lady said yes and that they closed at 9PM. I got there at 8:30 and the pharmacist said they didn't give shots after 8PM. In September, 2022, I called to see if they had the latest flu vaccine. The lady said yes. I asked her what time I should be there. She said 6:30. I got there at 6. The pharmacist told me I should come back between 10 and 4. I called my doctor and dentist and registered a new pharmacy. I shredded my VIP card.

Frys products are great but they're still working on bugs in the curbside pick uhopefully they'll have it fixed soon.
