They gave me a brand new Mustang that was SO much fun and I'm not even a car person really. It said low tire pressure within a week later and had to swap it out for another vehicle but Enterprise staff was quick to help and walked me through the process seamlessly. They were extremely nice and I had a great experience overall.

Didn’t have the professional, customer-service oriented experience I’ve come to expect from Enterprise. Instead we weren’t informed that our car wasn’t available because another reservation had been extended until we’d waited over an hour with our five year old in tow. There was no apology, but they did offer a much smaller car or to cancel our reservation if we weren’t willing to wait an undisclosed amount of time for an unknown type of vehicle. We transferred our reservation to Tucson ourselves, but I would have expected a customer service rep to do that for us versus offering to void or cancel. They clearly know they are the only act in town, and I would use them with hesitation at best. I’m grateful we had options and friends willing to drive us to Tucson.

The employees and service are great, redeeming points is very difficult on the website and when you try to redeem them at the counter they point you back to the website, It's a big circle jerk with no results for the customer.

Everything was great except the design of the vehicle. It did not provide good side and back views of the road. Power seats would help.

Drove the car back from Texas. Sierra Vista Enterprise really helped us because the car we got from Sherman Texas Enterprise was terrible - blacked out windows you couldn't see out of to drive.( This is illegal for a rental car.) Sierra Vista gave us a discount and had an excellent staff ! VERY Helpful!! We have always used Sierra Vista Enterprise in the past! Keep up the great job!

Sierra Vista is a great place to rent the vehicle for your travels.The excellent service from the staff since checkin and checkout definitely will keep us returning for our travel needs in the future.
