CVS in Target is simply too busy to even be cordial. Was charged full price and got the wrong medication. Walked to door of store and back realizing it wasn't right. That was the wrong meds. And yet I had paid full-price and was rudely told she couldn't help me. Baffled, frustrated and annoyed I called CVS Store and asked for help. Transferred my file over and today picked up the heart meds. Turns out there were two accounts in my name. This other store pharmacist took the time to make certain my primary physician was correct. This store wouldn't allow me to speak to the pharmacist. App told me to pickup heart meds here. But, when I got there they'd returned the prescription. Just as well. They would have charged me $44. She didn't have my insurance info. She was using the wrong account. My identity was stolen here in 2016. I only learned of it 2020. By them medical records have been confused with this other person. I cannot recommend this pharmacy. They are not a team. They don't even appear to work with their pharmacist. I intend to report them to my medical insurance company and file a complaint. Rude and disrespectful clerks. Apparently all they are.

They do not employ cashiers all hours, so be prepared to do the work for them without pay using their "convenient" self checkout. More appropriately called a "mandatory"self checkout. And please, don't BS me about the ability for them to provide lower prices. The money I "saved" doesn't come close to the money they're saving by making me do the unpaid work.

30 minute wait for vaccine. Zero place to sit down and wait. Will not call you or page you when it's your turn!

The slowest and worst customer service anywhere.

The staff is consistently very good; knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The venue is clean and well organized. I really appreciate having a good experience every time I go to this location!

I scheduled a vaccine on the CVS website. I have done this before very successfully. When I arrived at the CVS location, there was a small handwritten sign "current pharmacy hours are 3 pm to 6 pm." My vaccine appointment was scheduled for 11 am. Very frustrating.

This pharmacy is awesome. I knew corporate politics and hiring practices will affect service delivery at any pharmacy and this one is no exception. However, they always go above and beyond despite any limitations or issues beyond their control. And this on top of the fact that I can be a very difficult customer :)

Maybe if you pay your phone bill people can call in their prescription instead of sitting there waiting. How does a CVS pharmacy not have a working phone?

Very kind unlike Frys and curious they are easier to talk with. I am using them while we live here. It's sad other stores can't be as kind to their customers.

The staff is sorely undertrained. I'm either repeating myself over and over, or telling them how to do their job. They put absolutely no effort into helping the customer. It's an always oh well type of attitude. That is why I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. Only had to come here for this one due to needing a certain drug. It took three calls to get things done properly. Even then, I'm still not sure I received the right pricing. They just don't care. The customers needs are never met without fighting for it.

One star for super friendly staff however they have a system where if you don't pick up your meds when notified after they put it back on their shelf their system shows you can't pick it up again for 3 weeks. I was 1500 miles away. I told employee I'm out of one of my meds. What do I do then? Call your doctor. So it's his job to fix your mess? Refilled at my previous pharmacy. I cannot just stop taking my meds. Wow

Staff seemed nice enough, but their hours because of "staffing shortages" are unacceptable. Only open 4 hours on a weekend?!?! And 10-6 on a weekday. Sierra Vista is a small town, it takes me an hour to even get to target so that leaves no time after work to ever pick up my rx.Supremely frustrating. Hire more people.

If there was a 0 star, I would have selected it. My wife called in and spoke to a real person not an automated attendant. The real person said that her prescription would be ready at 1pm June 14th 2022. The sign at the Pharmacy advised, due to severe staffing issues the hours of operation have changed and would be closed for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00 pm. My wife and I waited till they re-opened at 2:00 pm. after watching a team of 6 people march into the Pharmacy we were told the prescription was not ready and that we would have to come back. See the problem here is that customer service is non existent, knowing we live 45 miles away and that we've been waiting for them to open and we were told the prescription would be ready by a real person, nobody there even the Pharmacist gives a damn or is even remotely considerate of your time. Its all about their time and their agendas. Sad to say the prescription was just a box and all they had to do is put a label on it, but that was just asking to much of that 6 person team.
