Thank you CVS on Fry Blvd. for helping me get my heart medication. Target CVS was out of it and my app to,d me to go to Pharmacy as there was a problem changing my pCP. Went to pharmacy and she said she couldn't do anything and charged me $28 for my meds my insurance pays for. I paid confused and anxious. My identity was stolen including medical 2020. I had the wrong medication for my heart. I don't have AFIB. I have SVT. I've been a nervous wreck over this. Called CVS Store on Fry Blvd. and transferred my medications over there under my new PCP name. They discovered there were 2 accounts in my name. The one with the wrong meds account. No insurance. And mine. The person I was informed has AFIB. This CVS team discovered I had 2 accounts. These people at Target's CVS are simply rushed, rude and only sell the meds. What's so frustrating is this person running around trying to be me is a family member I love who has mental health issues and has since childhood. One of her personalities believes she is me. However, she is a Havasu City/ Oregon a snowbird. I'm a Sierra Vista resident since 2016. She doesn't live here at all. Gets into arguments with her husband and calls 911 using my name. Just used gossip through the medical profession to question my identity. Now all 911 in my name need to be verified. Systematically getting everything accurate. Medical records are online. Mental health issues need to be addressed and not hidden. Ignoring family genetics and denying mental health problems always ends badly. I became a holistic minister to help my fragile family. It's annoying how easy it is for someone to open accounts in your name. Identity theft shouldn't be so easy. From long distance at that. And really look different with polar opposite personalities. I believe in God. She doesn't. Prayed for wisdom and strength to get my medical issues resolved. Thank God this team at the CVS Store took the care and time to get my account straightened out. There really is only one me here in town. Answer to my prayers. It's not easy knowing you have a relative that you love and no matter how many courses, classes or certificates you hold, you still cannot help them. We need to trust our physicians and our pharmacy will work together professionally and this team does. And I appreciate the chairs to wait. I'd transferred having an SVT event in your store 3 years ago. But this Target CVS isn't working out at all. My insurance covers my meds. They had the wrong account. And I'd never know without this team in the CVS Store.

Horrible service. Was friendly one time going there and the next they weren’t nice. No easy signs for where to go for scheduled vaccine appointments. The person who gave my husband’s shot ended up giving him long term pain and issues in his arm. 2 months later and it still hasn’t fully recovered.

They kept telling me they don't have my orders when the physician ordered 10 days ago. Found out after the 4th attempt, that it's been there all along and a new one the nurse ordered again after. Horrible communication among the workers and very unorganized. Odd business hours and totally useless.

CVS Sierra Vista is your best choice in Sierra Vista. The pharmacists are caring and go over and beyond to keep your vaccines in check. The techs at this location are especially supportive and professional. Thank You CVS for keeping this store running at its best! Your Girl Susan

The Pharmacy Always double checks your information to make sure it's you periodAnd if you have any questions, they're more than willing to take the time to answer them. Great place to shop as well. Don't forget your discount card, it does help alot.

This place needs to focus on communication. A priority call in doesn't mean much when the customer service rep tells you "in 30!" You come back within 40 to pharmacy being closed... come and ask for the 2 priority prescriptions and one is filled, other hasn't... asked to wait a "few minutes " and 40 minutes later nada. Come on do better... especially when you ask us to wait. WTF. Failure to inform us it was filled.

Daniel and his entire staff are truly wonderful. The entire staff is always ready and willing to help with anything. Product pricing and availability is on point, and the store is always clean and organized. Great location!!!

I have been using CVS for years now. I have been a resident in SV most of my life. The people that work in the pharmacy at this are working double over time through the process of getting staffing issues solved. I went in today and it was a crisis. Concerned, for them I checked the reviews and just want to say the remaining Pharmacy staff are doing their very best and deserve a shout out. Things will get better and thank you for being so professional during a long hard day. I will get my future prescriptions at the Fry location no doubt.

The pharmacy employees refuse to answer the phone no matter the cost which is flatly dangerous. It is not a time or staff issue, they are just awful. Patients who require life saving medicine should never come here. Also, there are elderly people being yelled at everytime I go. This place only gets worse so I have to leave and move my entire family's prescriptions elsewhere after years of coming here. It's shameful they are even still open here. They should be banned from doing business in such a small place where people have to drive more than 20 minutes just to see there medicine has NOT been filled because no one will answer the phone. Just shameful.

I ordered blood pressure medicine on May 14 and the order was cancelled by CVS with no reason given. I was not notified of the cancellation. I re-ordered on May 19 and 4 days later the order remains "in process". The staff does not answer the phones. Very frustrating and have been out of the med for 5 days. CVS has a valid physicians prescription on file and all previous orders have been paid in full upon delivery.

Unusable pharmacy. Unpredictable hours, very long lines, never answer the phone. Refills are hit or miss. But don't blame the staff. This is a CVS corporate issue. I was told by the corporate help desk that issues are being addressed and things will improve. This is good to hear, but too late. My family has gotten all new prescriptions sent to another non-CVS pharmacy. We just can't wait in the hope of future improvements.

We drove 20 miles for a medication after being discharged from surgery to find the pharmacy closed on weekends. The website says open sat. & sun. We then had to drive to a pharmacy in tuscon, this took tgd better part of a day for critical medication needed.Update the website minimally if you are unable to provide service on the weekend. I will be changing pharmacies.
