Freaking amazing the doctor himself called me stayed on the phone and explained everything to me. The nurses were were kind and good with my dog who is having eye problems they got me in ASAP. I’ve never been to a better veterinarian.

I used to absolutely love and recommend this clinic. Now I am looking for a new one. Dr. George is borderline rude and, in my opinion, seems to not fully understand food allergies/sensitivies. She doesn't listen to what she is told and does things the way she wants and not as asked by the pet parent.
I give the vet techs and office staff 5 stars. I give the vet 1. I give the prices a 1 because of how the vet is. I give a 1 since they do not allow you to schedule appointments in advance for recurring treatments (my girl is on a 6 month regiment).
Time to start looking for a new vet clinic after 13 years.

Coronado Veternarian has always been the best place for your pets. They really care about what they do and it shows. They give alot of information and help you navigate the worst case scenarios. I would not take my pets anywhere else!!!!!

I started going to this vet with my cat and they did great with her so I ended up taking my first dog there when I got him. With my second dog I used a different vet because we had moved. In returning back to SV I took my American bully to this clinic. Not only did the vet totally dismiss my dog, he wouldn’t acknowledge my boy at all. He took one brief look (didn’t do any kind of examination) and said he had allergies (which he does but he also ended up having an ear infection, and bacterial infection). The vet didn’t prescribe anything but told me to give my dog Claritin and gave me pamphlets for prescribed medication. When I took my same dog to Jackson vet they were attentive and took a close look at him. They gave us medicine for his infections, allergies and open wound on his head. I am sorely disappointed with the full time vet at Coronado and will not be returning.

We stopped there right when they opened today with our injured cat in a lot of pain. It would have been absolutely huge if they could have just squeezed her in like they do most people but we got sent away to tucson. They took another patient instead and we were both there at the same time. I don't understand why you would turn her away whe she was in serious pain. That's fine way better care in tucson anyway. This is not fake this is an actual customer review. I'm just trying to help out someone looking for a vet to think twice before they come here. You can write whatever you want after this but this is the truth.

Coronado Vets are caring and wonderful to deal with. Just had our furbaby there and once again they treated our furbaby with love did not rush us. They were very attentive to his needs. We highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Coronado Veterinary Hospital. I have two large English Mastiffs that are usually difficult when they go to the vet. When I take them to Coronado it’s a breeze. The staff and vet know exactly how to handle my boys. It’s difficult finding someone who is comfortable and knowledgeable on giant breeds.
