I would like to give a positive comment for the staff at the Fort Huachuca commissary. All the staff are always very helpful and courteous. Specifically I have recently had Delores as our cashier, she was extremely personable as well as very professional in her duties. With staff such as Delores it truly makes shopping a pleasant experience. We love our commissary!

You can still save lots of money compared to the grocery stores in town. There are plenty of HC parking spaces, but to many "reserved" spaces that are usually not in use. They have early shopping for seniors but no longer allow HC shoppers as well.
You can usually find everything you want or need but can get better prices on produce at the grocery stores with their membership cards or digital coupons. The checkout lanes are usually quick, and the cashiers and baggers are always careful with your groceries and are always very friendly and professional. I always appreciate a hello and a smile!

I was a bit skeptical about the commissary here in Fort Huachuca but I must I’m very impressed. Great services, great prices, great variety and most importantly it’s very clean.

Huge problem here with stocked items that are expired or expiring within a few days. With so many bad experiences, we have to remember to check expiration dates on every single packaged food item while shopping to avoid constant returns or having surprise putrid food that expired before purchase, which happened again today with packaged bread rolls I bought for dinner and forgot to check the date.

It’s one of the smaller commissaries that I have been too but they have everything that I need. Being a Drill Sergeant I use frozen meals for over nights and this place has been the cheapest that I have found. My wife loves the sushi from here and everything else is good too, like the paninis. Yum!
