Great ISP. Easy to work with and the only reliable internet provider for rural customers.

We’ve been with CIS about 11 years and are very happy with the service and the company. Living remote leaves us with very few options and we are pleased with CIS. I have only had 2 or 3 service calls and needed them to come out today. The technician was available a few hours after I called, fixed the problem, and updated a couple other things while he was here. The office staff/ owner are always pleasant and helpful. The technician was professional and efficient. I recommend this company!

Absolutely disgusting company!! Buyer beware!!!!!!! We moved out of there area and canceling their service is a joke. They left a voicemail stating once November was paid my contract would end with zero extra charges. Well Dec. Comes and they stole from my account. I reported them and now they are coming after me for early cancelation for $270 when we only had one month left. Liars and thefts. They hang up on you if you try to resolve these issues. Go to tmobile they are mich better and can cancel anytime. Good grief!

My mom called asking me to troubleshoot her internet which is fine, I'm always happy to help. But she told me that she had been trying to contact you all since 1 P.M. Friday on Labor day weekend. I'm sure ya'll had a short day because of the Holiday had an outage and left her with no support. Irresponsible and lazy.

Had internet problem , with customer service help(I think her name was Debbie) she narrowed down the problem then helped fix it even though it had nothing to do with their equipment. Also had extreme patience with me for I'm not internet savvy. Thank You again cis!

I talked to a grumpy lady on the phone to order service. If my conversation with her is an indication of what is to come then it is a no for me. Look for a good provider do not settle for less.

This internet goes down frequently, usually in the evenings and weekends when there is no customer service to help! They never give discounts for days of being out of service. They also won't work around your payday, they only have one time for payments, the first of the month!

Stay way from this company. Office personnel are mean hateful people that should fired. The installation of equipment was shoddy at best. Was told I would get 6 and 2. Best I got was 1.2 and 425k. Was told to upgrade. Have gold ($90 a month) now and best I could get was 4 and 1. Was told I have a strong signal and the no one can steal my broadband. So I must have to many electronics on system. 1 computer and TV. No phones or anything else. They never sent anyone to look at it. Told to call geek squad to look at it. Really? Geek squad? My son trained in radio and computers in USAF, looked at it and found a “microburst” connection outside full of sand/dirt. He cleaned it and we get 25 and 2 at 5 am. At 8 am everyday it drops to 2 and 400k. We try to watch TV at night and it buffers 90% of the time. A 30 minute show takes 2 hours to watch. I have complained for 2 years now. All I get is hateful spite from office personnel saying I have a great signal. Better now then when it was installed. So please do not sign up for their spotty over priced internet. Once my contract is done I am going with someone else or no internet at all. Complete waste of money. AOL dial up was faster and more reliable.

I live in a very remote area, and cis was the only ISP in the area. I have been with them for about 5 years now, and started on the cheapest package that barely worked. I work for the state and after the pandemic hit we were all sent home. I agree with everyone on the speed and cost. However, when I started working from home they were able to get me service that is faster, but my price jumped $50. In order to be able to keep my job I had to cut things in order to afford it. Like gas, and food. We had an outage for a full 6 hours last week. I did not get paid for that day, but they still took their payment on the first. It can be frustrating. Because it does sometimes seam like they don't care, but I do think they are doing the best they can for those of us who like a quieter life out side of the city. I would not recommend if you live in town. I have heard COX is the way to go. Customer service does need some work. But it is a business and they have paychecks to give out as well.

Does not provide Residential "Broadband" by FCC 2015 Standards."The FCC currently defines broadband as reaching a minimum of 25Mbps for downloads and 3Mbps for uploads" --- Clark provides a mere 6-12 Down and ONLY 2Mbps Up for Residents and compares their speeds to Dial-up...this is 2021.I am an avid gamer and content creator and moved to the Sierra Vista area recently and am currently staying with relatives that use CIS.CIS internet is HORRIBLE for gaming and uploading files! It takes over 12 Hours to download 1 game (50+ gigs) and over and hour to upload one 20 minute video to YouTube. When you do download or upload a file it affects everything on the network. We stream TV and it stops working. Others online are barely able to surf the net if not at all. Pause the upload/download, everything works. Pathetic.Online gaming is okay for small games but if you are into First Person Shooters (FPS) then forget about it. LAG and Packet Loss almost makes it impossible. Let someone else get on their computer or start watching TV, then it is impossible to play a FPS game.If you use this provider to look at emails and surf the net then by all means this service may be okay, welcome to the Early 2000's. Start Streaming TV or Netflix with multiple user....buffering starts to occur and internet usage SLOWS WAY DOWN because of network sharing within the residence. If you own a business and use them...they are ripping you off with their prices and Substandard Speeds
