Entered Chase Bank, Sierra Vista, the week of 12-18-23, to discuss personal information on my recently deceased (days before Christmas) spousal accounts. Manager, Belem Gonzalez, declined my request to discuss in a private office. "She was busy" and inferred that she was doing me a favor to discuss at the teller line. The lobby was packed with curious customers easily within earshot. She gave me no other options. Finally, because she was to busy to do proper research, she ultimately gave me incorrect information. Professionalism, as well as empathy for their customers, seem to be the norm at this institution.

Visited Chase Bank in Sierra Vista to obtain information on my recently deceased wife. Manager - Belem Gonzalez - declined my request for a private office in which to discuss estate matters. Instead, she opted to discuss with me, her personal information, in the presence of a full lobby of curious customers. In fact, she gave me NO other option. This was embarrassing, and just one more trial to endure after losing a spouse so near Christmas. To make matters even worse, the information she gave me was incorrect because she did not take the time to research the issue. She was too busy. Things like this happen in the Mega Bank world. Professionalism and customer service have given way to corporate greed by way of insufficient staffing and employee motivation.

Expect a wait, the bank wasn't build to handle the flow they currently have today. The lobby isn't designed for long lines to they are quite jumbled and in the way of the entrance. Due to number of customers, they never remember you or try to remember you. It takes some time to meet with a banker, usually scheduling it much further out on a Calendrer. I like Chase Bank as a whole, but not the most ideal experience for day to day use here in Sierra Vista. I would only recommend an account with Chase that you do not need to interact with frequently. If you are looking for a more personal bank that is fast, friendly and and full of smiles look across the street at National Bank of Arizona.

I'm switching banks! The reason I stayed with Chase was so I could get help in person. now when you go to the bank, they hand you a 800 # and send you home . Customer service is dead! And my ssi direct deposit is always posted late! Useless bank!

Sincerely hate this branch. It takes them literally forever to approve checks, money transfers, etc. I have been starving for 4 days and today multiple employees ASSURED ME I would have my own money available by end of day today. Well I still have 77 cents and I'm still literally starving. This bank will scam you and ruin your day any time you actually need them.

I find it extremely frustrating that I cannot call my local Chase Bank and speak to a representative in the office in Sierra Vista. My call is rerouted to some foreign country. Also, I am unable to walk in and talk to a banker - I have to make an appointment by calling the bank and being rerouted to a foreign country. BAD BUSINESS!!

Probably the worst bank I have ever visited. Line was out the door with only 2 people actually working. No notary, no service, staff seemed extremely lazy and made up rules so they don’t have to do service. This place is a joke, will never be returning to this location.

This always has been and still is THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!! Never in my entire life have I had to make an appointment to add my spouse to an existing account, especially after driving an hour and a half just for this!!We will be closing our account and going elsewhere with $100,000+.

I've been a 40 year Chase customer with no problem. But this week I had a serious problem, and trying to get help from Chase has been hellish. They've walled themselves off from the customer, so communication, explanations, help are nonexistent. Apparently they can't use a small portion of their billions in profit to help the customer. There are other banking options out there, luckily.

First time coming in the lobby here. Julie was my bank teller and she was incredibly polite. I had a wonderful experience, she has great customer service.

Wanted to set up an account, but when I went to the branch though there were personal bankers who did not look busy, they told me they would call me to schedule an appointment. 2 days later, no call. So I definitely will not be setting up an account with such an unfriendly, unprofessional bank or staff. Whatever happened to customer service??

Doctor sends me $65 overpayment check from Chase bank. They wanted to charge me an $8 fee to cash it because I'm not with them. But isn't the company that sent me check? Talk about double dipping. Making $ off company and anyone they give a check to. It's from their bank, it should be free to cash no matter if have an account or not. Guess I'll have to ask doctor to send me an additional $8 to cover their banking costs. Pathetic. Businesses stay away as they are basically robbing your customers and you banking with them makes no difference.

What’s wrong with Chase. I’ve been in business with them for many years. Recently I had a card stolen and I couldn’t get anyone to solve the problem for me. I called the credit card company many times, no one answered. I came to the branch in Sierra Vista and they said they couldn’t help me with it. I went online made an appointment to speak to customer service hoping that would help. They confirmed me the schedule time for appointment, reminded me for the schedule time multiple times, but when the time come, nobody call. I called again and they said they will transfer me to the credit card department but I was on hold for over 15 mins now. Never find so disappointed with Chase until now. Now I’m not sure how to get my credit card stolen solved since I couldn’t even able to contact anyone to cancel the card. Is there any other way to solve this, Chase?????
