Jadon could have said no, our passengers needed to come to the office to fill out the paperwork, but he went above and beyond to make it happen for our passengers!Although he was the only one in the office, he came in early and made a way to deliver the vehicle. Because this was an unusual situation, there was a missed connection and my passenger got a ride to his meeting. Jadon called to try to connect with us and when the situation was cleared up, he drove another 20 minutes to where my passenger had his meeting to drop the vehicle at his door.I know it wasn't easy for him but he never sounded stressed, he was always kind and solution oriented.
