It is committed to being the helpful hardware place in the community. The staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely knowledgeable. They offer personal service, ask if you need help without being intrusive, and are willing to assist in finding what you need. Questions are answered, and customers feel valued. The garden center is well stocked with more variety and quality than big box stores. Checking out is fast, and the convenient shopping experience from the local experts makes it a highly recommended go-to place.
It is rare I cannot find what I am looking for at Ace. There is always somebody ready to assist you. You don't get attitude like other places where the employees act like you are an inconvenience to them rather than job security.
