The work( which was done well to be fair )was turned in to me with the busted door rubber liner. It costs only 27$ to get that part!!! Why can’t you make the customer totally happy? They paid you a lot of money plus insurance paid you. When I ask to get that fixed it took 2 plus months of no texting or calling. Feel like the business does not care about the customer at all, just money, once they get it they are done! ?

Overall, I had a good experience here and can recommend this shop.There were some hiccups in work quality due to workers not properly QC'ing their own work. However, the owner, Alex, listened to my concerns and fixed all of them in a timely fashion.Which I think speaks volumes about Alex's character. He's a good dude and my car turned out well in the end. I hope everyone at the shop learned some lessons that will be applied to all future work they handle.

Honesty, integrity and professionalism is definitely the standard at A&H. The insurance wanted to total our son's truck due to it's age. However, the truck was in emaculate shape before his fender bender. Alex was the best quote in town and worked with our insurance company to keep it out of salvage. The job they did on the truck was incredible! We would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.

Would highly recommend this body shop. Our shocks bre away from the frame because of rust. Ford dealer wouldn't fix it. Alex was able to weld the broken area and get us back on the road the next day.Thank you Alex!!
