I bought my RZR brand new in 2021 and had nothing but problems with overheating. I took it to the shop I purchased it from 5 or 6 times for overheating and it would always overheat again. I decided to take it to WMP to get a different opinion. The first time it was misdiagnosed again. Overheated within two miles of driving. I took it back again and they finally figured out what I've been dealing with for 2 years. They fixed it for free other than oil and I really appreciated that. I'm not going to lie, it took quite a while to get it fixed. But that is the world we live in now days. RZR operates at 178 degrees now, where it had always operated at 205 in the past. Thanks WMP!

An absolute scam. Way overpriced and they didn’t reach out to me at all. They did what work they thought it needed so my bill was way over a $1000 when I was expecting maybe a couple hundred. The piece of equipment I took there wasn’t even worth the bill. I should have told them to just keep it. Never again

BEWARE Rob is a terrible businessman and extremely dishonest. Before you read my review, read the responses that Rob makes to other negative reviews that people have left. It tells a lot about him as a businessman. He tries to turn it around and blame the customer, he doesn't take responsibility, or even offer to resolve the issues. This speaks volumes even before I tell you my story. It is long and I will try to stick to the most relevant issues, but it was a long-drawn-out situation. Our oil alarm on our pontoon boat was beeping. We thought maybe the squeeze rubber hoses were bad. We called to see if they carried the hoses, they did, we wanted them to install them. We took the boat there. We got a call that the lower unit was bad, that it was torn up and needed a bunch of parts. They said they might have trouble finding all of them. I have a mechanic in Oklahoma who had worked on my boat over the years before we brought it here. Rob called him and gave him a list of parts. I paid my guy directly (over $600) and the parts were sent to Rob. After a couple of weeks, I got a call from my mechanic, that Rob had called him again needing more parts. My mechanic called me right away and said that Rob had no idea what he was doing, that he should not need all the parts he was asking for. That there is no way that every part in the lower unit would be bad. He has over 30 years' experience to support his concern. He was worried that Rob was ripping us off. He also said that the job is a max 4 hour of labor, if he was charging me more than that, he would be ripping us off on labor. I went in to talk to Rob, he said "I needed more parts, I ordered them, when they get here, I will put them on". I asked if he was charging me the 4 hours for labor, he said no you can throw that book out, that is only if you are standing over the motor with your tools in your hands....that doesn't count looking for parts etc. I asked what are you charging? He said at least 1200.00. I called my husband to bring the hitch up, we went in and asked for our boat, the parts he ordered, and our old parts. We took it down the street to EZE Trailor repair and they looked at the old parts, there was not one damaged part. They sent us home with the new parts so I could send them back. They put the lower end back together with all the original parts, with the exception of a seal kit since it was taken apart that was necessary. They also addressed the oil problem and fixed that. The labor for the lower unit was 4 hours. I went back to White Mountain Performance to talk to Rob to give him a chance to change the outcome of this complaint, a chance to do the right thing. I asked him to pay me back just the cost of rebuilding the lower unit, he said no way. He even looked at the receipt and said that's too much. I said you were going to charge me 3 times that amount, plus I had paid for the parts (that he didn't need, and I can only assume he would have sold to someone else). He said well we had to back the boat in, I said my husband did that, then he said well there is time looking for parts, I said you mean if you're on the phone for hours on hold looking and searching for parts you charge you customers for that time, uh well no. He was tripping over his own words. He said my lower unit oil was filled with metal shavings, not possible, we had just changed it and the only way to get metal shavings in the lower unit is if the gear is torn up and it was not. He said how do I know they fixed it, I said I waited to take the boat to the lake, it is running great. He said what are you going to do when it breaks down again in a couple of weeks, my son said not bring it here, Rob's response was and I quote "I wouldn't work on your shit if you brought it here". . He absolutely is a terrible businessman and would have had no problem ripping me off had my mechanic not called me. This was my first time at this shop, my dad uses them often, I decided to have my front brakes done at this shop after getting several other quotes, they were slightly higher than the other shops but what made me choose them over the other shops was the fact that they were friendly and thorough about the work that needed done. Upon doing my brakes they found that my U- joint was worn out almost completely. My jeep drives so good now after they replaced it there is zero vibration! I couldn't be happier!

The owner of this shop is a snake. His mark up on parts is ridiculous and he doesn't keep his word. EVERYTHING has to be prepaid and ordered. Try another local shop before supporting this one. Spend your money with the ones who appreciate your business.

Terrible shop they charged me for work they couldn’t do All I needed was a tire put on a rim and they kept saying it’s the wrong size when it wasn’t I took it over to epic motor sports and they got the tire on in no time at all this place refused to give a refund on work they never did I will never use this shop again and I suggest you don’t either terrible experience

I wish I would have looked at these reviews first, I was told to service my Ranger and replace all fluids including differential would cost $150.00 plus all materials needed. When I picked it up they charged me $250.00 plus materials. I have a witness that was with me and confirms our conversation. My brother did drop it off and some how they are blaming the miscommunication on him. Also at the end of the bill they threw in a $15.00 charge that was not identified until I went back in a asked them. They then wrote in Shop Supplies. Total bill was $425.00 to change all fluids, new air filter and lube grease fittings. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw all the other people that feel they were mistreated. The person who quoted me the price was standing there but the owner did all the speaking. I'm not saying its a bad place they just lost my future business and positive reviews. You think the owner would have asked the guy who quoted me the price his side of the story. I would suggest you get any quotes in writing.

I took my boat there because it wouldn't start..they had it all day and told me I needed a new motor. I couldn't afford one so I sold my boat pretty cheap. I guy who bought my boat worked on it a couple of days and it was just the carborator..its running just fine now...they are not looking out for you they just want to make money off of you...I wouldn't go there for anything with a boat..I wouldn't even trust them with my razar..bad business...

Payed them to fix a rim they couldn't, not getting my business any more, Discount Tire will inspect your rims for free. Discount wants your business.
