Full supplement shop, showers, infrared sauna, regular and hot yoga, outdoor yoga, unique clinics and workshops, certified personal trainers, nutrition consulting, friendly and upbeat staff, free weights, machines, stationery bikes, treadmills, rowers and stairclimbers. I train competitively and find these locations to have everything I need and then some. The real perk for me is the people that work there and the ones that own it. You couldn’t ask for a better group of folks that inspire this type of loyalty. This is my gym family and my home away from home.”
