Always a long wait. When you finally get called up most often the associate is unable to help or does a mediocre job. If you call you are guaranteed to get someone in India who can not understand you. On more than one occasion I have been told "your best bet is to visit a corporate store, the closest one is in Flagstaff or Phoenix

I am so grateful for Jaun who restored all my information, after a Walmart Vorzon representative wiped my phone . Then told me the only way I could retrieve my information was to buy a new phone from him and spend over $400.00. Juan at the Verizon store was able to do it with out that cost. Juan thank you again. I would recommend this store in the White Mountains and stay as far as possible from any Walmart phone representative. 10 stars to Marteen and your team . Again great job Juan

I arrived when the store opened at 9:00 a.m. and was the only customer. Juan greeted me immediately and was friendly. He was the only employee there, as his three coworkers had not come in yet (and still had not by the time I left at 10:00 a.m.). I needed a new phone and Juan went over the options that I requested and got right to work on getting me set up. He tried his hardest to help get all my info retrieved from the phone I had just dropped and broken and went the extra mile. He was also getting the store set up for the day at the same time, again, as he was working alone. During this time, other clients came in. He greeted every one of them as they came in the door, kept calm and was very professional. If I need to go back in this store for anything, I will definitely ask for Juan....excellent customer service and very reliable!!

Waited 20 min for service - elderly couple came in next then 4 others. Elderly couple left due to another 20+min. Wait. Customer service gal went outside after them, convinced them to come back inside and took them ahead of me!. Another waiting customer said loudly, "weren't you next?" I said" yes". Customer service gal stated that the couple had an appointment! Lied. They don't take appointments. I waited another 15? 20? Minutes and left. Others came in and then left. Horrible customer service. Bye bye Verizon!

The absolute worst customer service store I've ever dealt with. No greeting at all. Several people waiting for service while employees in the back keep looking out the door only to close it and start their giggling conversation amongst each other! 3rd time trying that store. Never again

This store needs to be a corporate store. Or build a corporate store. Have a kiosk for making payments. Lot of senior folks up here. Other folks are moving here. People here pay lots of money for your service. It would be a better service if it was a corporate store.

Alexis did some brilliant troubleshooting by carefully listening and figuring out how to factory reset my broken phone. She was so helpful and easy to work with. I nominate her for employee of the year!

My dad went to this store on 1/18/24 to get help with his phone and the representative he spoke with made changes to his plan without consent. My dad is in his 70s and went to the store to get help as he wasn't understanding a feature on his iPhone. After addressing the issue, the woman who helped him told him he could save money by removing Verizon cloud from his phone plan (this was unrelated to why he went in that day). I pay for my dad's phone on my phone plan. He told her he didn't own the plan and didn't want to make any changes. She insisted and made the changes, despite his opposition and obvious confusion. I live in a different state, and I received a notice on my phone after this happened stating certain free features (not just Verizon Cloud) were removed from all the phone lines and I would be charged for them now. In addition, my promotions were all removed and would have to pay more money for my devices! After talking with my dad and finding out what happened, I went to my local Verizon company store to fix it and they were shocked by all the changes Victra made on my plan. They could not correct it and I had to contact customer care the next day to reverse whatever this person at Victra did. Anyone reading this, please be wary of this location and the pushy, unprofessional, and I would say unethical, nature of their representatives!
