What was supposed to be a simple switch of phone service from T-Mobile to Verizon turned into a several day adventure (due to T-Mobile), which took a total of 4 trips to this Verizon store and several hours and work and effort of several guys at this store. Every time we came in we were greeted warmly with smiles and never once felt like we were an issue or headache to deal with. We were helped by Ryan, Joseph, Pedro, Tim, and Martin, all taking their time and showing patience with dealing with T-Mobile. We were in the store long enough to see that this is how they treat everyone that walks in the door, being patient and kind, and taking their time to explain things to the customers they were helping. More businesses need to be this kind and caring. Thanks so much guys!!

I upgraded to a new phone and had a lot of trouble getting everything transferred over. Nick was incredibly helpful and patient with me during the process. He went above and beyond to help me get everything set up and made sure my phone was working properly. If I need any more assistance or have any questions, this Verizon will definitely get my business again in the future?
