I was just trying to get some pumkins and some carving tools ( i am on roller skates ) and then one of the employes their she said in a rude manner " no roller skating or skate boards in the store " one she could have said that better then she said also there was no signs saying anything about skating in the store sooooo yeah :)

After readingother reviews of this store I think there needs to be a revamp of customer care. I had my own horrible experience today. I went into Home Depot to get supplies to build on my property. I needed 2x4x20s and asked a young man where they might be and he just said, "Over There" We went where he said and we found nothing. So we proceeded to get some of the wood we needed and a nice man that was shopping there helped us with getting our wood. There was a girl walking around, but she never offered any help. Finally I tracked her down and asked her for help getting a pallet of 2x4x8s and this girl telss us, "Whats wrong with the wood down here"? I informed her we needed a pallet. So she shontered down the isle to find someone to help. Her name was Ruby and then the guy she had help with a forklift came and they made us pay 1st and we were not done shopping. So we paid and met them outside with our truck and trailer and when Rob came around with the forklift, we asked him to put it in the trailer and he said that he couldn't. We were like WHAT? We wish they would have told us this before we spent 1140.00 on material. Ron then just put the pallet down on the ground and drove away. Ron or Ruby never offered to help or send out a loader to help with this pallet of 2x4x8s that we had. My husband is disabled and it took us almost an hour to load into our trailer piece by piece. This should not even have happened. While we were loading this forklift with Ron driving it helped someone else load stuff on there trailer. Makes you wonder why thats ok and not helping us was not ok. I left there super upset and sore. I will not buy that much wood from there again. Make sure to stay aware of your situation, they were not very helpful at all.signed,very dissappointed

Called and wanted to see if my washer/dryer would be delivered tomorrow as that's the date they gave me when I bought them. I was on hold waiting for the delivery team or the appliance team 10 minutes without anyone picking up. Tried again 2 more times and the front desk wouldn't answer. The last time I let the phone ring 5 minutes. Not a happy camper.

This store is horrible to get things delivered. 3 different times orders placed and it's always a different reason why the delivery falls thru. Latest was their trucks are being serviced. Every single one of them? This after telling me it would be delivered the next day, then it was following Monday. Now it's Oct 6th. Save yourself the headache and just go to Lowes

I'm extremely disappointed with Home Depot's home delivery. The last two items I have ordered have not arrived. The first was damaged in shipment. I was supposed to get a refund but I have not. As if this moment I'm out $500. On the second delivery, the delivery truck broke down. So they are rescheduling my delivery to sometime in the future. I missed work waiting on my delivery now I will miss another half day of work. I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot. I'm leary of ever shopping with home depot again. Other companies can provide the same service without all the hassle. I would like a formal response from a manager to address all of the problems I'm having with Home Depot home delivery.

Worst experience. Ordered 10 gals of paint waited 30 mins asked about the paint told their busy (no other customers waiting) another 15 mins still no paint ask again need another 15 mins still no paint another employee shows up he starts helping another customer I ask him how much longer he asked if I already ordered told him yes its there on the counter he looks at the order asked questions about the order and says 15 mins after 15 mins he hands me 2 1gallon pails which I asked is this my order he say yes I ordered 2 5 gallon pails 10 gallons total he looks at the order says your correct need another 15-20 minutes. I been there for 1.5 hours. Asked to talked to the manager told him the situation basically showed no interest told him maybe I will take my business to Lowe's he looked at me and said have a nice day. Went to Lowe's paint and other supplies done in 30 minutes.

Worst experience with extended warranty and less than a month. $1,078.70 purchase. Sales person completely lied about the Washing machine. Gave false information . Home Depot WORST PURCHASE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

B4 purchasing major appliances from HD. Per corp policy, NO returns.. including all standard orders. Compare customer satisfaction guarantee to Costco and Lowes. There is NO comparing. Bye, bye HD! It's HD right not to have return policy for major appliances, but it's my right to make other consumers aware.

If I could give a negative star review I would for the evening shift at the tool rental return desk. Rude and inconsiderate as we returned the trailer we rented for the day. After multiple fruitless attempts to wedge the trailer into the directed parking space due to the placement of other rental vehicles we parked it in an adjacent parking spot. The worker went into the building followed by my husband. Two workers came out of the building speaking in a loud volume and cursing about the trailer being parked where it was. The manager was called and told my husband that he was no longer welcome to rent from Home Depot. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable.

my dad bought a tuff shed here few months ago and it hasn't been delivered and we asked for a refund and we get the runaround now they say the refund is in the mail its going to be a year soon and nothing has happened no calls no letters no shred no refund

Well I see Home Depot has joined the ranks of social media censorship. I wrote a review to the Corporate office about the Show Low store never having certain items on the shelf and the products always in the overheads never stocked down. Because I wrote that their competitors including Lowes and Ace actually are stocking they rejected my review. Who does that? Home Depot has become another company following the, Be careful what you say, status of un-American companies. Followers not leaders, what a shame.

Rude people answering your phones. They transfer you to no one. Then transfer back to them. They repeat this process until you hang up. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot. I have a tool rental for a 36 inch trencher and I had a question. I'm so tired of spending so much money with Home Depot and then Home Depot treating me like crap. I'm taking my business to Lowe's. They know what good customer service is.
