It’s a long story, but I got into a bind. I had gone to Cali to collect household items from mother’s house. She crossed over almost a year ago and I’m sentimental like that. So right before I left Kathy called saying she had an open unit. That changed things. Instead of storing everything in Mesa we took it straight to Show Low. Only problem was I didn’t have enough time to get in front of Kathy to do paperwork and pay first month. A ton of concern on my side because I did NOT want to get to Show Low with truck and trailer after hours and be stuck. Kathy was INCREDIBLE to deal with! Each time I ran into a challenge she was part of the solution. Above and BEYOND for customer service! If you need storage you won’t be disappointed with how you’ll be treated!
