Usually very crowded, but if you use your Safeway rewards, it's worth it. Got $1 off per gallon, so saved $19. They only other issue is sometimes the fuel doesn't pump in well because, I believe, the slope isn't level due to the grade of the parking lot. I wonder if I'm the only one on that.
