Just had a sad experience with this location. I need to open a bank account I work during most banking hours with the exception of the last 30 minutes. I rushed over there to try and get an account set up. After walking in with an open person at the counter and people talking behind I wait a couple of moments for someone to help me. I am then informed that I must make an appointment to set up a bank account and they do not take appointments past 4 pm. When I bring up my hours I am asked if I can take time off of work to schedule an appointment. Let me sum this up, I cannot request time off for at least two weeks out and i need an account today, then you are requesting I either not work or use my hard earned pto to open a bank account? I don't know if they are open on Saturdays but that was never offered. I asked if exceptions could be made for people who work during their hours and they cannot. I don't know what has happened to customer service in this world, but money is money and you either want it or you don't and obviously you don't. Disappointing, because I know what it feels like when it's the end of the day and that last person walks in before closing and takes you past your closing time. I get it, but I want that money and my job so I'll help them every time. It's a shame that others wouldn't. I've never had any bank or credit union EVER turn me away for setting up an account. NEVER. I would also like to point out that she said no bankers were there, there was a person sitting behind a desk with no customers at every office and cubicle. It's glass, you can see through it and I'm not stupid.

Kyle beecroft is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever come across he hung up because he got asked a question he didn’t like! Like what manager acts that way I don’t recommend this bank!

Once again NBofA screws me and costs me significant time and money. Despite misgivings of EFT into an account at NB I did it anyways (only because I already had EFT set up in history). We checked operations online. Friday 9-5, Sat closed, Sun closed, Monday closed in observance of Christmas. I sent the money and sent daughter to Show Low for the cash. She literally arrived at 2:01 pm to find locked doors on a Friday (not a holiday). A day when most people get paid. Sent her to Snowflake and it was closed as well. tried calling Snowflake and got a "all associates busy message" and nothing. Called corporate which did answer, the person on the phone was surprised to hear that they were closed and attempted to call Snowflake only to find that no one was home. This money (substantial amount) was for business equipment desperately needed and the seller was available at the time and won't be for rest of year. This will seriously impact us. I emailed Mark Young the CEO however the last time they screwed me I never received a response from anyone. I am a businessman, If i treated my customers like this I would not be one anymore. It is a very simple thing to go into your google account and adjust your hours, I do it all the time. Shabby! Never again, do not trust this business

went a few days ago to open a new account at a bank. the lady was nice, everything went well except she was a new employee. she did not have document sign by email yet, so i had to sign the document manually. she called later that day to advise that she had not gotten one of my signatures. i was in town today and planned to stop by, and she called while i was out and not at the bank yet. i told her i would come by later. she said she would be at lunch so her coworker would have the form. i showed up and waited for 10 minutes while that coworker went about her business with another customer, then a teller, then continued to ignore me. i did not flip until another teller walked past me to the family who had just entered the bank. she asked if they had an appointment and walked right by me. by now i am mad, you do not ignore me like i do not exist. you do not f****** ignore me in favor of some random people who just happen to be mormon white... i am about to rip my money out this garbage institution. i go into the office and asked for my document to sign to be given only the NASTIEST attitude by the skinny long black haired rude af banker. i was like tell lindsey i am out, because f*** you all. National Bank of Arizona really pissed off rn.

I called National Bank of Arizona in Show Low, as I needed copies of my recent bank statements. I asked for an appointment to come in. Due to Covid-19, an appointment had to be requested to even walk through the door during business hours. I was told I could get those through the drive up window. So, I preceding to do just that. The lady at the window and the manager both seemed disgusted that I ask them to print these and send them through the carrier. Besides that, they changed me $10 for a copy of each statement for each account. I would have never been treated so very poorly at the same bank in Overgaard.

Lovely people and a great bank!! The call center for your debit card also has warm, helpful, people. Folks shouldn't complain about NBAZ asking for ID. That is what a secure, professional, decent, bank does, to protect the customers and themselves. When in doubt, an associate needs to err on the side of caution. I'm always treated right here. Would recommend.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. These people must have friends that work there because my experience with this bank is terrible. I've been a customer for over five years. Their system is always down so I can never even check my balance. Any time I have had to deal with an employee they have been rude, abrupt and unprofessional. I have had enough and I will be switching banks this week for good
