Online ordering and pick up time doesn’t seem to be respected at the Show Low, AZ Little Caesars! I recommend Dominos from now on. Btw - why does this location not use the pizza portal that is sitting on the counter?

The crew is the best!! When they were out of a topping for a pizza I just ordered, n they called me to inform me that they ran out of pineapple ?, for my Hulu Hawaiian stuffed crust. So I opted for bacon n ham! Highly recommended crew person, Chelsey! She's super nice n warm n inviting to all customers! Deserves a raise, too!! Even reminded me to have a good rest of my night, which was refreshing! Most people say "day" regardless of whether the sun has gone down or not.

So disappointed using the app. I always use the app to order but this time was not good. Food is always good but it took 20 mins from oven and never went to ready on the app. I sat outside in front of the store waiting. I finally realized others who were walking in were getting there order already so I went in to check on mine and it was ready that whole time. I complained to the lady and she just smiled and said "uh huh". And then said there you go. REALLY! I guess they don't care about customer service.PSA- don't trust the app to update.

Not giving a 4th chance at this location. Wait times excessive, wrong orders and NEVER any hot and ready pizza. Pizza portal not being used. Elsewhere I go for pizza this place ain’t it.

I went in last night at 8:15pm and they told me they wouldn't make my order because they starting cleaning and closing. Seriously at 8:15pm when you close at 9pm. I will never come here again.

I'm so Disappointed??I've Waited so long for the return of the Pretzel Pizza, But to My Amazement? and Not in a Good way.. I was Disappointed... I Got the Same Pizza the Same Little Caesars, the cheese was at least an inch from the bottom of the crust the pepperoni was on point just " not enough Cheese! "

Our thin crust three meat was incredibly disappointment. They skimped on the toppings to the point that some of the pieces only had pepperoni - no other meat. And why does thin crust (less pizza) cost $2 more?

Horrible experience. Waited 12 min for 2 pizzas with 2 orders of wings. They then give my pizza to the wrong customer, customer comes back with the box open and let's them know that's not his. The cashier and one of the girls packing pizzas took the opened pizza slapped a new sticker on it and tried handing me that one. I refused it and therefore I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make a whole new pizza. Horrible customer service

I ordered a supreme pizza, pepperoni and Italian cheese bread. Picked up my order paid for it, got home. And no supreme pizza. But Hawaiian pizza. Who orders Hawaiian pizza? I want my supreme pizza.

They get busy around lunch time but they always have pepperoni pizzas ready. Usually won't wait more than 10-15 minutes for anything special. Good inexpensive quick food
