This store is horrible to get things delivered. 3 different times orders placed and it's always a different reason why the delivery falls thru. Latest was their trucks are being serviced. Every single one of them? This after telling me it would be delivered the next day, then it was following Monday. Now it's Oct 6th. Save yourself the headache and just go to Lowes

I'm extremely disappointed with Home Depot's home delivery. The last two items I have ordered have not arrived. The first was damaged in shipment. I was supposed to get a refund but I have not. As if this moment I'm out $500. On the second delivery, the delivery truck broke down. So they are rescheduling my delivery to sometime in the future. I missed work waiting on my delivery now I will miss another half day of work. I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot. I'm leary of ever shopping with home depot again. Other companies can provide the same service without all the hassle. I would like a formal response from a manager to address all of the problems I'm having with Home Depot home delivery.

Worst experience. Ordered 10 gals of paint waited 30 mins asked about the paint told their busy (no other customers waiting) another 15 mins still no paint ask again need another 15 mins still no paint another employee shows up he starts helping another customer I ask him how much longer he asked if I already ordered told him yes its there on the counter he looks at the order asked questions about the order and says 15 mins after 15 mins he hands me 2 1gallon pails which I asked is this my order he say yes I ordered 2 5 gallon pails 10 gallons total he looks at the order says your correct need another 15-20 minutes. I been there for 1.5 hours. Asked to talked to the manager told him the situation basically showed no interest told him maybe I will take my business to Lowe's he looked at me and said have a nice day. Went to Lowe's paint and other supplies done in 30 minutes.

Worst experience with extended warranty and less than a month. $1,078.70 purchase. Sales person completely lied about the Washing machine. Gave false information . Home Depot WORST PURCHASE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

B4 purchasing major appliances from HD. Per corp policy, NO returns.. including all standard orders. Compare customer satisfaction guarantee to Costco and Lowes. There is NO comparing. Bye, bye HD! It's HD right not to have return policy for major appliances, but it's my right to make other consumers aware.

my dad bought a tuff shed here few months ago and it hasn't been delivered and we asked for a refund and we get the runaround now they say the refund is in the mail its going to be a year soon and nothing has happened no calls no letters no shred no refund

Well I see Home Depot has joined the ranks of social media censorship. I wrote a review to the Corporate office about the Show Low store never having certain items on the shelf and the products always in the overheads never stocked down. Because I wrote that their competitors including Lowes and Ace actually are stocking they rejected my review. Who does that? Home Depot has become another company following the, Be careful what you say, status of un-American companies. Followers not leaders, what a shame.

Rude people answering your phones. They transfer you to no one. Then transfer back to them. They repeat this process until you hang up. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot. I have a tool rental for a 36 inch trencher and I had a question. I'm so tired of spending so much money with Home Depot and then Home Depot treating me like crap. I'm taking my business to Lowe's. They know what good customer service is.

I wanted to warn people of the deception that Home Depot puts out. They are hiring people to replace people that are almost to their full time mark. After 120 days working there you get benefits. They are letting people go and retiring so people never make it to that mark. They use the reason "we don't have the hours, so we are letting you go". If it was an hours issue why are they replacing the people they let go for this reason. That is not good managing and corporate was not aware it was happening in this fashion. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone looking to be employed there over the winter. DO NOT expect them to keep you even if you work 2 times as hard as others.

We have always had a good experience at this store. Today, Janelle, specifically went beyond the call of duty in helping us find a product that has been hard to find during the months of Covid. Janelle is professional, friendly, and a great representation of Home Depot.

It's unfortunate that I'm not able to give this store zero stars. We recently made an online order of kitchen cabinets shipped to store for pickup. We got all the cabinets home and unloaded only to find that the damage which I admittedly saw at the store (but chose to ignore because it was the rear of the cabinet) was just a small sample of what we received, which included damaged and missing legs, hinges and frames. Customer Service at this local store (after being passed back and forth to several departments) suggests they are unable to do anything unless we load the cabinets back up and bring them back to the store - told we need to contact HD online. 90 minutes into that endeavor and still haven't spoken to a human. Thousands of dollars spent at HD every month to support my business officially ends with this experience. Never again.
