This is the worst don't know what they're doing, my power got cut off by mistake, power outages at least 2 times a week. Called customer service ladies were rude didn't know what they were talking about and kept transferring me to other departments

Just got out of the hospital and my power got turned off without notice and I'm struggling to stay alive but this company obviously doesn't care about the people it's been over 3 hours and still nothing not even a notice worst electric company ever!!!

Worst service EVER !!! They never answer and when they do they don’t know anything they’re rude when you ask them a simple question.. light and water are always getting turned off without notice !! I hate living here and having this utility service if I could give them a 0 I would!!

Worst service ever water goes out like once a week, lights go outaround twice a week or any time there is any wind or rain or sun so basically always goes out just poor service if you have an option live somewhere else where you can get t.e.p it's been like this for the 3 years I've lived here and no fixes have been made service still sucks.. bad like really bad.
