Moved to the area and needed a po box. Lady was very helpful and explained how things worked for packages.

These people ripped open my package obviously because they have nothing better to do. Then they returned it to sender without any notice at all and said there wasn’t enough postage on it.

3rd time now that the local branch has refused to deliver mail and returned to sender. Don't bother lodging a complaint with the postmaster, it obviously won't make any difference. Just pay the extra and use UPS. At least they actually deliver
