Went into the store today with mother and our dog smiling and in a great mood enjoying this place that is Sedona! Then…..Not sure why but we honestly got greeted very rudely and unprofessionally by the employee at the front counter even after explaining (and ready to show proof) that our dog is in fact a certified service dog. Not in a big hurry to return for this type of interaction….not to mention the high prices. Just can’t recommend.

Wow rude as could be. Wanted to sell a table and chairs. Sent in pics. Just wanted a general price. Was told that I needed to bring it in and sign a contract prior to any appraisal or pricing. I said I just wanted to find out if it would sell for more than $500 because if so I could just sell it myself. The policy makes it useless to send in pics. The woman then said fine sell it yourself for $500 and hung up the phone.I am sure a buyer would easily pay $3000.And armed with the pics, And a full 45 seconds on the internet this genius could have given me some assurance that this would not be a give away.If you hate your job that much get a new one.

I consigned a saguaro skeleton lamp with a patinaed copper shade on it. I went in to pick the lamp up since they failed to sell it and discovered that they had sold my shade and put some hideous shade on it instead. They are refusing to pay me for the shade they sold. Manager copped a really nasty attitude, told me she is there every day, but has no idea what happened to the shade. Bad business practice, especially with locals who have been in town almost 30 years.On the left is the lamp shade I consigned (that they didn't pay me for), and on the right is the lamp shade they replaced it with (notice the jumping dear!) that probably didn't help sell my lamp any.

We love, West Sedona consignments! We have a condo in the Village of Oak Creek and whenever we are in downtown Sedona, we always stop by West Sedona consignments to see what's new. They have a very high quality used furniture and we have bought several pieces from them for a condo. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Can't say enough good things! I've made two purchases here since moving to Sedona. I recently purchased a kitchen table set for an AMAZING price and only a petite woman was working at the store...she helped me carry the kitchen table and chairs and load them in my car!! So thankful for their help :)

Great staff but don't ask the ladies to help you load or unload heavy stuff. Prices are consistent with upper end used furniture, paintings, etc. I've been both a seller and buyer. I found a "treasure" there at a very good price.

Beautifully showcased consigned furniture and artwork. Great finds here. Attached consignment women's clothing store also very very good! Wish I had a truck to take things home to Michigan!

We drop in here from time to time. It's just across the parking lot from Basha's. There's always a ton of interesting furniture, comfortable stuff you would expect to find in someone's home instead of a design store. Maybe our home, next. There's a boutique called Kealyns Kloset in the back, a nice place to browse for an ensemble. Don't forget the Goodwill store on the east side of the parking lot. I like to browse the art. They have a ton of art. It's always a pleasure to look at. Finally, the owners and clerks are friendly, so I get a good chat along with the visit.

What A beautiful consignment store. There is some thing for everybody here. It's a very large store with so much to see you have to take some time out to look in every corner of the store.The prices are reasonable and they do have quality items. The ladies who work there are wonderful very helpful and polite. Definitely stop in if your in the area
