I've lived in Sedona for 14 years and have always had remarkable, friendly, and positive experiences at this bank. I am baffled why there is low reviews, and even comments about seniors being discriminated. I'm a senior, and I have never had anything other than friendly, professional, courtesy, and very positive and efficient experiences with the staff and management. I just felt like I needed to write a review and question if there are trolls or sabotage coming to this bank from others that don't want to see it succeed. There are really good people that are very helpful at this bank, so be not afraid to enjoy Wells Fargo in Sedona! in fact, I have banked at Wells Fargo's in Montana, and Oregon and Arizona and the staff are always very friendly and helpful there as well.

I am 64 and had a triple bypass and seizure. Every time I would go to deposit or withdraw $, Mark and the bearded fool working as tellers would make fun of me. Mark acted like he had tourettes syndrome and would call me stupid or make loud noises and the other young guy would just laugh outloud. READ THE REVIEWS. There are other clients that reported these ignorant fools targeting elderly and embarrassing them. I have a badge... I did not want to respond. I turn my badge in next week. Wells Fargo is investigating this but told me to drive to 1 hour to another location. In other words they aren't going to do anything because the manager puts up with Mark and junior. I was a former combat Marine, Teacher, Fireman, Cop and SARS. I have never seen such ignorant behavior. They have tapes of my last 5 transactions. Each time they get bolder. This has to be stopped. Take your $ out of this bank. Let them close the location if they can't be respectful to their clients.

Wells Fargo in general stinks, and this branch is the worst! Uncooperative and unhelpful in every way. my favorite is the ludicrous nature in which a for profit bank acts like it's doing me a favor by taking my mortgage payments... they act like I should feel grateful. The sad part is my mortgage was with a credit union and then stink fargo bought my mortgage. I never wanted anything to do with your crappy bank and yet somehow you still treat me as if I'm an inconvenience and less than? Cool. I feel soooo valued as a customer. But I get it, I should feel grateful to be allowed the privilege to give you money every month so you can invest pipelines and other earth destroying practices. Thanks for being such a wonderful place to bank at !

With the exception of a few employees, this branch is just out dated, borderline incompetent and not necessarily friendly to my senior clients. My clients experienced around 10k of fraud with Wells Fargo as a bank(not this branch), but this branch was not really able to do much nor had much interest. Today they are hassling my seniors and prolonging their visit. I get profiling, but theses seniors should not be the target audience. What a slow branch. Definitely use drive through if you have to bank here.

I wouldn't recommend this branch or WF in general. I went through the drive-thru to make my final withdrawal for $56.87 and was asked for a 2nd form of identification. I've worked in the banking industry since 2003 and know this is unreasonable. I refused to provide another ID. I'm happy I have finally made the change to a smaller bank with superior customer service. I'm not sure why I took this long. I will never again do any kind of business with WF.

I go to this branch every time I'm in town! The staff is all great, but Alberto Salas gives me the VIP treatment every time! He's a HUGE asset to Wells Fargo, That's for sure!!! All the other employees are great as well! Thank You Alberto!

$5 for a money order? Even though I have a bank account? I think not! Time to switch banks.
