Entered the store for one item and was relentlessly followed around like a criminal until I made my purchase while others of lighter skin tones were not. In 2024 this isn’t something I should still have to go through, do better.

I agree with the statement of rudeness in the Pharmacy that I have seen in these reviews.
I have had immunizations here numerous times. I never had to have an appointment!
I walked in last night and waited 12 minutes until I was acknowledged. Then waited 8 more minutes to be helped. There were absolutely no other customers there or on the phone.
I said I would like to get my shingles vaccine. I had no appointment. The man that was helping me said oh you need an appointment. Then he asked pharmacist if an appointment was needed. It was clear they did not want to assist me.
I am a retired healthcare worker. I would have said, "We are now requiring appointments, and since we are not busy, we can get the immunization done for you."
I will never go back! In 25 years of living here, I have never experienced attitudinal lack of customer service.
I called Fryes in Cottonwood . The Pharmacist was so friendly. Said,"no appointment was needed, come on in, see you soon."
The pharmacy was busy there and Pharmacist got me right in. Very personable.
She was very good at giving immunization, knowledgeable, and educated me on side effects. My husband remarked on the difference in treatment as he also witnessed the Walgreens situation.
Fryes pharmacy is my go to now. It's worth the drive to get friendly, competent care!

I’m pretty sure a requirement to work at this store is to be as rude as possible! I avoid this store but had to do a FedEx return here. I pressed the call button three times and then had to go track someone down. It wasn’t a big deal, because I figured they were all busy. I said I had a return and she said in an annoyed voice, “is it ready to go”, it was and just needed her to scan my QR code. Apparently that was a lot for her to do because she made a snotty under breath comment that I hadn’t printed the label. I would avoid this store at all cost. The pharmacy staff is rude as well. I go to CVS now, everyone is kind and helpful.

Important prescription was called Thursday, mid-day and late that day I went in and was told that it wasn't ready. I went in Friday, still not ready ("we're just too busy and there are only 2 people in the pharmacy today"). I went in today (my third trip), and the attendant in the pharmacy said it wasn't filled - that it needed to be filled by their "Central Fill" warehouse in Tempe, and then she asked me if I wanted her to ask that it be filled. She saw the look on my face, and said "let me see if we have any in stock". She returned and told me that it would be filled in a couple of hours. I realize it's hard to find employees but in the healthcare/pharmacy field, this type of negligent handling of prescriptions is hard to accept. This place is literally falling apart and I fail to see how it can remain in operation in the long run.

Toni is the current pharmacist at Walgreens, she is extremely rude and condescending. She enjoys wielding power over customers. This woman has zero customer service skills and is down right mean spirited. If you need a pharmacy look elsewhere.

Aside from the pharmacy folks, all the staff, by and large, is rude. This morning, I walked in to pick up a prescription, and the pharmacy was closed. When I asked an employee who wouldn't even look up to acknowledge my presence, when the pharmacy opened, she said, "There are signs everywhere," then stated it opens at 10. Thank goodness there is a CVS in town.

Tried to get a prescription filled and failed. Hours on the phone trying to explain. Then when the call is dropped they just quit working on your order. I don't know when it was decided that pharmacies needed to police your prescriptions but it's not working.

Awful awful awful customer service in the pharmacy. Don't get sick or need meds while vacationing. They simply don't care. Staff are extremely rude.

Walgreens pharmacy in Sedona is notoriously bad, and the people who live here know it. They never answer the phone. They often fail to fill prescriptions. They don't open till 10, then they take lunch, and they close early. The employees are rude, and make it very clear that they do not care about you at all. Avoid the Sedona Walgreens and go somewhere else.

Thanks to the pharmacist, Toni, for her generosity of spirit and checking on my wound!

Horrible. I called a very common script for a patient and the patient showed up 90 min later. After travelling through the usual horrible traffic from the other side of town,They told them that the prescription was not ready and could not tell them when it would be ready
They told them that they would text them and insisted that they not come back unless they texted. They never texted that day ( 3 hrs after I called)
The next day they claimed the script was ready 10 minutes after they left. They did not text the number that was given 2 times.
I know it’s a busy time and that they are overwhelmed but have a little courtesy!!
This script is prepackaged and literally takes 2 min to fill!!!

I honestly feel bad for the man that works here he really does not like his job… and I think is the manager? I asked a simple question about photos and I got nothing but yelled at about how they close at 2 and that I should have known that?? Every single person here is unfriendly. If you need to print pictures, get prescriptions go somewhere else!!!!! You’ll thank me.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Valerie in the pharmacy was the most hostile, rude, and unhelpful pharmacy interaction I’ve ever had, truly it was bizarre. I’d send your prescriptions elsewhere.
