I had an issue with the plastic under my bumper dragging. An annoyance that I feared would put me back 1-2+ days on my road trip. Daryl helped me out on the spot! Saved me so much energy and time and fixed the issue immediately. I feel SO lucky. Highly highly recommend, he truly saved my day/trip. I could be happier. Wonderful customer service all around xx

I highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center! (Previously known as Vince's Auto Body). Heidi the receptionist, Monica the manager and Kevin who performed my estimate were all extremely, kind, knowledgable, efficient and courteous. The office was beautifully decorated and clean, which was a surprise considering the type of business. It only took a few minutes for the inspection of my vehicle and Kevin made some fantastic recommendations on how to handle my claim and even removed the "transfer" from my rear bumper!The whole experience was quick, easy and very enjoyable!A giant thank you to the folks at Kaizen Collision Center!

Now called Kaizen. Same friendly people new name. I've taken vehicles there before and the great service is unchanged. I also want to give them a shout out for working well with my insurance company and for going the extra mile to protect my wallet. The quality of their work is impeccable. The paint quality is like original quality. Everything looks 100% perfect. Can't really think of how they could have made it a better experience.

I thought it was a great experience, until I realized they damaged my sprinter van in their tiny over crowded lot. Causing more damages than when I brought it in. Saddest part of all. Is management takes absolutely no ownership. Avoid this crowded body shop all together if possible. Horrible experience

The team at Vince's was a lifesaver! I had messed up the front bumper of my rental car the night before I was supposed to drive back to Phoenix and return it -- I called Vince's 10 minutes before they closed to consult with them. They immediately asked if I could make it in the next morning and they'd be sure to help me out. When I arrived the next morning the person who answered the phone the night before already knew who I was and got the entire team to help me. They were able to diagnose my issue, quickly gave me a solution that would allow me to safely get my car to Phoenix, and then didn't even charge me for it. It truly made my day after being so stressed about the overall situation -- I am truly grateful to the team (who were, if couldn't tell, extremely friendly, helpful, and kind). Thanks Vince's!!!

I will start by saying that it is no longer “Vince’s Autobody Inc.” with Jim & Dawn Bachler as the owners of the business, the real name in this place is “Kaizen Collision Center” with a new owners therefore many things have changed and I'm going to mention just a few things, the main is they will leave you without your car from the first day even if they do not have the parts they will need to make the repairs, that means they will take a really long time with your car for a simple repair, the prices will be exaggerated giving you in exchange poor quality of work, I have a piece “RT Body side mldg EX” that is not well glued/installed also they reset the memory functions without letting it work again so now I need a code to use the functions but to be honest I prefer to look for another place that finishes the work that they did wrong than to return for the guarantee, also I want to mention that while my truck was in the workshop, NEW damages appeared and those damages were not related to the accident and Monica Robertson told me that she didn’t know the reason why the part was damaged therefore with that answer I assume they damaged the part when the door was disassembled, Monica Roberson assisted me in the repairs of an accident on 05/13/2018 and I did not have this bad experience, I want to mention that at that time it was “Vince’s Autobody Inc” with Jim & Dawn Bachler as owners so that’s why I believe that the poor quality and poor honesty in the place is due to the change of owners, I was a loyal customer in this workshop for almost a decade and I never had such a bad experience with the previous owners so I do not recommend this place anymore and I will not return again.Services: Tyres

Both side panels on the car needed to be replaced, a dent was taken care of. The paint job was beautiful. After all the work was done the car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.Services: Body & Trim
