These experience at this store was amazing! Luke and Chris were absolutely fantastic. They answered all of my questions and made the set up of a new phone unbelievably smooth and easy. I highly recommend coming to this location if you have any issues at all or need to go to Verizon for any reason. I will definitely be coming back whenever I have any questions or issues. Thank you again guys!

THE WORST EVER. BUYER BEWARE! They would get zero stars if it were possible.Russell Cellular is a dishonorable business with despicable business practices. They have repeatedly lied to both myself and a good friend of mine, who has been with Verizon for over twelve years. They made multiple promises that they never honored and charged us well over twice what our plan total was supposed to be for three months in a row. After months of requests and hours on the phone, they refused to honor the offer made to us, when adding an additional line to the account. We were told that the new phone (as advertised in the promotion) would be free, then added charges for it in the next three billing cycles.Because the manager tried to get us what was promised to us, they forbade him to assist us any further. What's more.....We were promised a check as a show of good faith that was never delivered. After three months of being run around, lied to and put off, we've had enough.One thing has become glaringly clear. The folks at Russell Cellular do not deserve our business. Regrettably, after a dozen years of showing loyalty, we are leaving them for another phone service.

Extremely disappointed by sales staff. They need to fire everyone and start over. Who is the customer? If you don't care about the customer, you need to find another job. I left and went to Walmart. I got a much better phone for less than half the cost. No room for egos and rude behavior. Recommend corporate investigate and fire folks. Most are 20 something's. No class and no respect for customer.

I have always had great service with Verizon inCottonwood AZ. The help and service I received yesterday in VOC/Sedona was over the top. I had several referrals from friends here telling me how helpful and professional Damion was. All were right 100%. So nice to have someone near by I can go too. G Weber

If you are looking for a cocky, arrogant teenager to assist you with mobile information, this is the place for you. If; however, customer service is more to you than a catchy phrase, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I had a need for a new phone and was pleased to see that this store has re-opened here in the VOC. The reviews were mixed previously so I had some concerns, but the convenience brought me in to give it a try. It has new management (Jose) that came over from the Cottonwood store and new employees as well (I met Ray and one other). I found the new folks to be very patient, helpful and technically saavy with the phones. They helped me to understand the pros/cons of a few phones I was considering and while they didn't have the exact phone I selected in the store they were able to get it in two days. I then set-up an appointment to get the new phone set-up and they also transferred all of my pics, texts, contacts and apps for me (cost of $35, but wrth it). I left and had an issue, returned and Jose fixed it within one minute...I am a satisfied and returning customer. Give them a visit you will hopefully have a similar experience.

Surprised to see such positive reviews at this store. Was there recently to discuss upgrading my phone. Chad seemed pretty uninterested in helping me. He didn't turn off his radio which was rude. I'm partially deaf in one ear so I had a hard time hearing him. I told him I wanted a phone with NFC and he said he didn't know what that was. I had to explain that you need it for Google Pay. He basically said I need to buy a high end phone like the S20. Got home, did my own research and there a cheaper ones with NFC. My trip to this store was a waste of my time.

Walked in a little after they opened and sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The one associate was with a couple. At one point he went into the back room....I thought maybe to alert another associate that I was there. Nothing. Not a word. When the customers started talking about their personal business, I left.

Received a new S21 5G from Verizon online and it wasn't working properly. After several attempts calling Verizon with no success, and even having my Internet service checked out, my neighbor told me about this store location.I went in and Chad (Spears) could see the problem. It took several attempts to upload new android software but Chad was patient, friendly and went out of his way to trouble shoot the problem and correct it. I can tell you, when it's time to upgrade again, I'm going directly to Chad at Verizon on 179. Thank you, thank you!!!
