I have filed a Post al PD Complaint with the Feds.
USPS Packages (some medical with retail values of $10,000) are being said as delivered when they never leave the Uptown Sedona USPS Office Address: 190 AZ-89A, Sedona, AZ 86336. I have requested to have the USPS Postal Police Inspect this office asap.

QUITE LITERALLY THE WORST HUMAN CONDUCT!!! (WEST SEDONA - MALE DRIVER )
A package I was tracking was noted by the driver as 'undeliverable' when no attempt was made to deliver the package. I had been present at the residence all day. That was curious! I'm a local, watching another person's home...so I had the package sent to the location where it was needed. There is no need to change my address for a singular delivery.
When I sought my package at the postal office, I was asked a lot of impertinent questions about the nature of my business on the property and was assumed to be a guest of an ARBNB or VRBO house. When I informed the representative it is not the post service's business to inquire into what I or other's do with their private residences/resources, the driver - quite hostile, lied stating my package was already on a return delivery truck, peeled out and sped off in the postal vehicle.
I was informed (by another representative inside) that the Post Office is "not a package delivery service." They state they "do not deliver packages to [house] rentals." I told them I never said I was renting, but I was rendered a fool by the incessant questions just so I could obtain my package before officially returned.
It is not my intent to leave my friend, nor their property exposed. So now, overexposed with an extremely hostile mail delivery driver, I must make blatantly clear that I am fully aware of the explosively violent tendency and I am fully prepared to respond accordingly and immediately. BE WISE!!! MAKE NOTE!!!
I leave one final question for the male who literally 'went postal on me,' how do you think your actions serve the populace who warrant your salary? Small businesses and everyday Americans depend on the Postal Service because they do not have the same resources - fleets of vehicles, that Amazon and larger corporations have at their disposal.
That's fine! I'll trust the USPS with all my junk mail deliveries. I'll give my package delivery dollars to the boys who appreciate the job. You clearly play the short game!!!

I'm not sure if they're stealing or misplacing packages at this location, but I've encountered this issue a few times now. I read online that the package is being held for address verification. However, when I go to the post office to collect it, they can't locate it. Later, I read that it was returned to the sender, but the sender confirms they never received it.

Two workers at desk.I waited 20 minutes BECAUSE one worker served ONE customer the entire length of my visit! In fact she was still waiting on her when I left! The worker and favored customer most assuredly know all of the happy circumstances that occurred in the past 12 months in each other’s lives.I personally know that the exact detail of EVERY item the favored customer sent to her beloved family i.e. blue measuring cups worth $5. (The list was carefully curated by the worker). I am also privy to the names and wonderful attributes of both the worker’s and favored customer’s treasured family members.ONLY someone who believes they are not accountable to the people, but rather to an bureaucratic agency with zero compulsion to perform well the duties to which it is assigned, would act in this despicable manner. If the manager can summon his/her moral compass, I request that they counsel this wayward employee. The incident occurred on 10/23/23 at 2:50-3:10 pm.The worker was wearing a comedic purple hat, perhaps professionalism should start with the dress code.

The postal worker who helped me, in Sedona AZ, Miss Jenny, does her job all alone, most of the time. Still, with me, she took time to help with postal boxes and was most professional and cheerful! What a bright star! THANK YOU, Jenny! I love your office view!

They often send items back to the seller for no reason and claim "insufficient address", when there is nothing wrong with it. We have a large box and larger box for parcels.

Cool! So now the tax funded post office closes even earlier on the weekends. Do you know because it's such a pleasure for residents to have to drive into uptown Sedona during peak hours? Glad I wasted my time trying to make it before 5. Glad the post office worker ignored me and the other lady who made the same "mistake" I did I know it's expecting a lot but maybe have one of your smartest employees UPDATE THE EFFING HOURS ON YELP?!!!!!

I went to another one closer to where I am staying but was not open even though I was there when it was open, maybe the snow made them not open? So I came to this one and was able to send what I needed and the customer service was great.

These people can't manage to get your mail put in the proper mailbox. Your packages get lost and you can't get ahold of them to find your package.

I had a most excellent experience at this USPS . I had received a notice that my package was delivered but when I went to retrieve it the package was nowhere to be found. Armed with my tracking number I went to the post office to find out where it was. Post Office Clerk Will, not only helped me but was diligent in his pursuit of my package. He was very gracious and respectful and I so appreciated his fine attitude. He showed me that my package was most likely in the facility and that my mail carrier would probably deliver it to my door that same day. I felt so much better. Thank you Will for your courtesy and kindness in this matter.

Do NOT have your package sent to General Delivery here. They gave my package away to a complete stranger, clearly without asking for any identification. Furthermore, they gas lit me instead of being helpful in any way, and the post master refused to come speak with me or do anything about it. Completely unprofessional.
