I had a package delivered, due to shipping delays I was no longer in town after the package was delivered due to my work schedule. They would not forward the mail to me, they would not allow the OG sender to send them a new packing slip to have the mail forwarded. The only option they gave was to send it back to a place I was not at, nor ever will be!! This was handed down by the OWNER. As a person in the customer service industry I can’t even image doing this to someone. Very unethical, unprofessional & inhumane. The advice from my hometown postal service was not to deal with this location again & unfortunately UPS does not have standards to be upheld by the franchise owners. Now my option is to fly back to Phoenix drive to Sedona to retrieve the package. I was told they also will not hold it past 7 days & they will charge $10

Horrible experience. Paid for two days shipping that did not arrive in two days $68. Returned to the store for a credit was told the manager would be there at 7:30. He did not show up on time so I waited till 830 then I was told he would be there at nine. He didn’t show up at 9 then I was told he would be there at 9:30. He didn’t show up at 9:30 then the manager shows up at 10 AM!!? (Wish I could just stroll into work anytime I want to— And obviously, the young man at his store did not know what time he would show up ) Then he tells me there’s nothing he can do but fill out a complaint online but I could do that for myself at home. He did fill out the complaint online in the store, and said he would call me back in five days to update me. he never called back!! Thanks for nothing Bryan!

Scammers - told me that I could not submit a print job via the website; instead, I had to email it to them. They then charged me over $3 to print ONE piece of paper! Stay away from these crooks. (after receiving the owner's reply, I sent a follow-up email; I'll wait to see how it is going to be handled).

Looked online and found this UPS store and was surprised to see it was open at 10 am on a Sunday. Got there about 9:45 am and got in line with several others hoping to send their packages off today also. Waited till almost 10:15, lights were on but door was locked, nobody was there. Called and no answer. Decided to call Staples which is in the same strip mall, they answered the phone and said they were open and would be happy to help us with all of our UPS needs. We walked over to Staples, packed our boxes and at check out they offered us a 20% off coupon! We left Staples very happy! As we walked back to our vehicle we noticed that the UPS store was just being opened! The UPS lost quite a few sales today as we all went to Staples. I would suggest if you are looking for somewhere to do your shipping, go to Staples as the UPS store was unreliable.

I've been calling this store since yesterday to set up mail forwarding for my employer. It's hard for them to pick up the phone. One instance, they answered and put you on hold but never ever resolved my concern. The next call, I get to talk to one employee, but the moment I ask him for confirmation if he got my email add correctly, he didn't respond and the call was just dropped. What kind of service is this that you offer? Do you only accept walk in customers?

I absolutely will never do business with these pricks again. I kept getting envelopes delivered to my home to a name of someone I don't know. I've lived here for 3 yrs and never heard of this person. I personally took the 3 x missed delivery to the store in person and told them that it's a mistake. The little idiot told me they can't fix it. I was beside myself as I was trying to help themBut they didn't do anything. I left him with the envelope. Two days later it's delivered to me again. He had whiteout the name and delivered it again to me. What crap!!!

The new policy of not allowing pre paid shipping labels to be emailed to the store for printing is a bad move. Not the staff's fault, but only having a public computer to log into one's private email is a blatant privacy violation.The staff was just doing their job, but whoever changed the policy on emailing files to the store to print made a bad call.Not everyone has (reliable) home printers.

The guys at the desk helped me ship several items back home last month. One of the items was boxed after I left since they were out of bubble wrap. I received everything in good condition and very well-packaged/taped.

I think this is the first bad review that I have left for any business, but it is very deserved. Since moving to Sedona three years ago, I desperately try to never use this store, but at times, and forced to. The younger employees have a very poor attitude and zero customer service. I often feel like I’m bothering the employees to be offering my business. Then there’s the charges. Unfortunately, with my business, I need to print and email things and I’m working on getting this set up in my home to avoid going to this UPS store. I’ll look past the $3 charge to use their computer, when their employees are playing games on the computer at the same time. Why am I charged $3 to have the employee do some thing on the computer for me when it’s already up and running because they’re playing around on it. The printing fees are high, but I won’t complain about that. However, the other day I needed to just scan a document and have it emailed to myself. Again there was a $3 charge to use the computer that the young gentleman employee was already on. I was shocked at the charge of $1 per page when I was scanning to myself and not using their paper in any way. There was no out-of-pocket for the business, but I was going to be charged $43 for a 40 page document. Maybe with great customer service, this wouldn’t be an issue to me. All I can tell you is that I am there once a week and I have to stop and take a deep breath and calm myself before I enter the establishment. It doesn’t seem like something you should need to do do use a community business.

Today I was at the store to ship a package. Multiple customers were waiting while one employee was tending to business. Meanwhile three other employees are behind the counter horsing around not working. All three were wearing a UPS store shirt. It’s a really bad look for the store. This is not the first time I have encountered this. I rarely take the time to post reviews, so I don’t consider myself a complainer. My business will be taken elsewhere.
