Zeke came out on Friday night during one of the busiest times for tow services, had us unlocked in 2.2 seconds without any damage (which is not always the case btw). Such a stressful situation for us as we were first time visitors to Sedona and were at one of the sights out of town. Thank you thank you thank you for such a great experience from the dispatcher being so experienced and knowledgeable to the driver being exactly the same. I highly recommend them. Had spoken to Jawz Tow as well and the person answering the phone was the driver on call and he was rude and quoted a super high price. Basically said nobody would come out, but thank goodness for Alpha! Can’t say enough about how great they were.”
