Parking is very hard to find here. View is amazing. Soup was great. The layout and the team were great. Menu had lots of options. I had the pasta dish with shrimp. Lots of water broth. Bland. I would not recommend that dish.

Checked into the Hyatt Pinon Pointe in the early evening on Friday and after walking around the property to check things out J and I walked across the parking lot to Sound Bites Grill for dinner. Very convenient location right next to the hotel. When we walked it the lights were low and it had a very lounge like feel to it along with the musician playing guitar on the other side of the room. Such a cool vibe right off the bat. Our waitress was very nice, quick, and attentive throughout the meal making several recommendations when we asked for information. We ended up having a chicken BLT and baby back ribs. Both were very tasty although the ribs were good and not great. Had the tiramisu for dessert and that was very good also. We didn't get to see the view from the restaurant that night but the next day we walked in the area and found the views from the area there to be jaw dropping. Since we plan on staying at the Hyatt Pinon Pointe again in the future we will definitely be stopping by Sound Bites Grill on that trip as well.

My husband and I come to Sedona for all our special occasions. We always have dinner at Sound Bites Grill. The food is great although we tend to order our favorites: salmon and Voo Doo pasta. The service is always attentive. We ate here last night and Buck was our waiter. We also enjoy the live music, in particular, Patrick Ki. Patrick plays cover songs as well as some original music and is versatile on the guitar, ukulele and multiple "harps". We also enjoy Wineaux Wednesdays with wine tasting of about 11-12 wines.

Party of 5 of us. We all got different meals and 2 appetizers. It was all very bland. Got a salad and asked to add steak. I expected an up charge but did not expect them to just add a $40 filet mignon on top, not even cut up and very bland and dry. It would have been nice if the waiter had mentioned the $18 salad would turn into a $60 salad if I added steak to it. Regardless, if it had even been good I wouldn't be as upset, but it was one of the worst salads and steak I've ever had. Disappointing. Rest of the group was also disappointed in their meals. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but in this case I hope the restaurant reads it and makes some changes.

My 4 star review is basically because we waited too long g to get the bill. Other than that the service and food excellent and the view breathtaking. I ordered lobster shrimp chowder, to die for and the steak tacos with locally raised beef it was so tender like butter . Loved the place.

We went on a recommendation of hotel staff. Great views if you want to sit outside. We choose to eat indoors due to weather. We all ordered the same meal, which was the grilled chicken sandwich . It came with fries and a small amount of coleslaw. We all wished we had more slaw as it was quite good. The chicken was moist and delicious. I ordered an IPA when we sat down. Our waiter, Buck, informed me that they had to change the keg out. My beer finally arrived when our food did. Buck stated that I did not know how difficult it was to get this beer, and he hoped I enjoyed it. Well, I can tell you it was a lousy pour. No apologies for taking so long. He just had to share how hard it was for them to get it to me. I did talk to the manager about Buck afterward. She was very attentive and said she would address it. .

The jazz band was such an amazing treat with dinner. Loved that they came out and said hi to guest. Food was delicious. Got the humans platter and shrimp linguine. Would suggest coming before sunset to take in the views but still pretty at night.

The Voodoo pasta with homemade spicy sausage and roasted garlic parmesan bread were delicious. Views of red rocks just slightly obscured. They have music every night after 6 pm. The walls are hung with signed guitars of musicians who have played there and gone on to notoriety.

Definitely one of our favorite meals. We had fish and steak tacos. Great taste and accompaniments. We enjoyed the house salad which was excellent. Server was very kind and helpful. Loved the interior and style of the restaurant. Would visit again.

During my stay in Sedona this place was recommended several times primarily for the music - which I should have taken into consideration when ordering my food. I got the salmon and was not enthused with it. Cooked a little too long and the flavoring seems a little off with the glaze. For my side I got the broccoli Parmesan, kinda expecting for the cheese to be somewhat melted....it was not. I do recommend the reserve selection Pinot Noir. Good wine option. The saving grace is the atmosphere! Friendly service. I came when it wasn't crowded so I was able to walk in with no reservation. Sunday nights they have live music (great musician!) and they advertise a wine tasting special on Wednesdays.

A fantastic lunch at Sound Bites Grill in Sedona. Our server was Ivette, and she was wonderful. We started with drinks. My wife had a bloody Mary, and I had a hot cocoa and a cranberry juice. The place is so cozy with a musical theme and they also offer live music. My wife had the chicken maui plate, and I had the Cobb salad. Both dishes were excellent. My wife also ordered the chicken wrap to go as the food is so tasty. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this fine establishment.

You can't compare the scenery here, it's just absolutely breathtaking! You have the full views of the mountains with the sun hitting it just right. The food is ok, I mostly came for the view. The service was great and our server was really friendly and patient taking our order. I'd come back for lunch just for the view, I saw the sign that they also do live music some nights. That sounds like it would be fun. Also want to mention the receipt came with a cash price which was lower and a card price which was a few bucks more.

A group of us flew in from different states for a wedding. We are all prior military, active duty, etc, meeting the groom for the first time and this was our first gathering place First, we had to guess how many people were going to make it on time and put a $20/person deposit. We over estimated and way over paid Second, our first impression of our waiter - he totally blew it. Everyone wanted to start off having water and work our way into drinks and he had to make a rude comment to the effect that water doesn't make tips. Third, my husband ordered steak tacos - I don't know what the hell happened in the kitchen but the steak was cut into super small bites and extremely over cooked, nothing else inside the shell. I ordered a flat bread with basil, asked for extra basil and you would have thought I was asking for the moon from the waiter. My flat bread was cold, the cheese had already hardened by time I got it. Our waiter was no where to be found for at least 15 minutes after our food was brought. And then once he got the receipts signed and he got his gratuity he was gone. I own a small business and if one of my employees ever treated guests like this guy did they would be fired immediately. The one star on this review goes to the band that was there last night. AMAZING!!

Love this place. Food, drinks/cocktails, ambiance, music, views, everything is perfect! We always come here every time we're in Sedona. Would definitely recommend 100 percent!!
