Really wanted to like these guys. Walked in hopeful they could change the BMW oil and saying it was no problem. Following the service, my car would not accelerate! This is where problems began. Long story short they broke a part, denied it, blamed us, refused to fix it until my husband intervened. Really sad how little they cared about our safety and care…disappointed would be an understatement.

HORRIBLE customer care! Brought the BMW in for an oil change.They charged 100 for labor. Broke a part...we left and the car wouldn't accel. We brought it back...they didn't take responsibility until I threatened to call the cops. They called the owners who finally admitted they broke the part. They finally fixed the part and only refunded for labor after the thing took hours to fix. Big Red, and Marianno, were accusatory and totally unprofessional! Don't take your BMW here. In fact, don't go here at all!

I've been going to Sedona Oil and Lube for 3 years. They do a great job. They sometimes recommend an additional step, but never push for expensive upgrades. As a woman, it's a relief to find a service center that I can trust.

Good fast service? We arrived 20 minutes before closing and the guy was still cool changing the oil on our 250.

I was charged an extra $10. On my oil change for removal of a skid plate. My vehicle is a Volvo XC 90 and it does not have a skid plate. It does have an engine cover, as did the last vehicle I owned. I have since called two oil change shops, Jiffy Lube and Valvoline, and asked if there would be a separate charge to remove the engine cover on my Volvo XC90. Both of the people I spoke with said that would be no extra charge. I won't be going back to Sedona Oil and Lube but I wish them the best of luck.

I was fortunate enough to arrive early and they got me right in…also noticed that I needed a new air filter which has made a huge difference.Nice people, great service ??

This place will take advantage of you on anything other than an oil change. Over charge , don’t do the job they charged you for & give you the run around. I’m not one to leave a review unless truly necessary. Don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I drove to Sedona from Ontario and my car was in need of an oil change before heading home. They made sure my car had fresh oil and checked and replaced filters before sending me on my way.
