Thank you for making beautiful music boxes.

The woman working there was incredibly sweet and helpful. What spoiled everything was this ridiculous and offensive anti mask wearing sign at the check out. If I had seen it before I started shopping, I would have not spent money there. In the future, I hope the owner will seek a doctors advice before spreading dangerous misinformation.

I had an incredible experience at this shop. Nan, the owner, was so helpful and guided me in choosing the perfect musical clock. The store’s old-fashioned feel reminded me of my childhood. Highly recommended!

Music boxes were lovely. Staff wasn’t interested in speaking to us. ?

Very cute little shop but the older woman working there was so rude. We felt that we were unwelcome because of her comments when we asked her questions. We left in a hurry.

The products were very charming; however, I will not be returning. The owner shows blatant disregard for covid precautions and went so far as to inform my mother and I that she will not mask. We were both masked and she waited until we were mid sale to bring up the topic and announce her stance. She also has a sign spreading blatant misinformation. I am a healthcare worker who has watched patients die of covid-19 and I will not support a shop run by someone with such blatant disregard for human life.

The store itself is small and cute. However the posted sign about how masks are bad is a complete slap in the face to all of the Healthcare Workers who have worked so hard during this pandemic. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of people who have died because of COVID. The woman behind the counter was condescending and rude.

Had this horrible horrible sign in the store. Very irresponsible (and with no sources??) when people are dying

Beautiful, high quality music boxes. You can even order custom pieces. Nan, the shop owner, has helped us select the perfect music boxes for our style over the years.

Wow what a neat store ? SO many different types of music boxes, musical clocks, and more. Unfortunately we got there right before closing so we couldn't stay long but glad for the website too. But definitely go if you're at the shopping center; it's better to see when you're there. ??

I loved the selection of product and wide variety but I'm very upset with the woman who was running the store. She did not follow CDC protocol at all and even told two older women that they are allowed to remove their mask. I understand it's a new standard but this is a tourist attractions and the possibly of catching COVID is higher. Remember not to treat others different based on their appearance.

Small music shop. Not an excessive amount of stock but there were some nice music boxes inside made of craft wood in Europe by artisans as well as some smaller plastic crank ones for kids. The lady inside knows her music boxes and gave my friend a number for someone who could try to repair a music box she has that's broken.

The old woman behind the counter (I believe she's the owner) is extremely rude and condescending. On top of that, she wasn't wearing a face mask. When she overheard me mention to my husband that the Seiko clocks reminded me of the ones we see at Sams Club, she immediately got huffy and said that hers are nothing like the ones at Sams Club, that the price we'd pay at Sams club is less than what she pays wholesale for the ones she has in store, and that they are made in China or Thailand. While that may be true, the tone was completely unnecessary. We noticed an anti mask sign as we were paying for a small music box. The disrespect to healthcare workers (which both my husband and I are) and those who lost their lives to this virus was enough for me to tell my husband to leave the music box. However, she had already swiped our card and we didn't want to go through the trouble. While we were there, a couple walked in looking for a gift for their granddaughter. The owner told them they could remove their masks if they wanted and the couple stated that they wouldn't and left the shop quickly, followed by two other women that had just entered the shop. If that doesn't tell you that you're taking the wrong approach, I don't know what will.
