While I was walking around in downtown Sedona, AZ, back in June 2022, I saw a T-shirt store and thought to myself, I want a T-shirt with something that says ADVENTURE. When I walked into the store, I wasn't greeted by the person behind the counter... I normally would not care. However, the next customer who entered the store got a big warm welcome. Go figure! LOL Anyway, there were tons of T-shirts with different logos and sayings to choose from. I ended up getting a grey T-shirt that says "Say Yes To A New Adventure" with a backdrop of Sedona rocks... perfect and very fitting! Exactly what I was looking for. I normally wear women size large. But this T-shirt is unisex so I got a medium, but should have gotten a large instead LOL. Medium is a tad snugged. I like to wear my shirts looser than tight. Oh well, I can't go back and exchange or return it... I'm about 700 miles away LOL. It's all good... I'll just have to wear it a little tighter than usual. =) Staff was okay except when it's upon entry LOL. Prices were reasonable. Selections are galore. If you should go check out this store, enjoy your visit and hope you receive a more warm and welcoming experience. Go get them shirts! Wear them well!

We had visited many stores in the Sedona area on 7/7/21. All associates at most stores we entered greeted us immediately. Greeting customers encourage sales and grooms a friendly environment. But as we entered the Sedona Artwear & Shirt Company around 10 a.m., we received a very cold reception by the young clerk behind the counter. We even had to be the ones to say "Hello". We noticed the drink coasters shown below and really liked them & wanted to purchase 4 of them but we decided to wait and get them elsewhere in case we found them at a friendlier shop. Upon shopping for a couple of hours at other stores for them, alas, we could not find the coasters anywhere, so we regrettably returned to this store at 12:58 p.m. We got the same cold reception walking in the 2nd time. No hello, welcome or anything. The associate clearly didn't want to be there. We tried to make small talk with the associate and she didn't say much. We decided to purchase the 4 coasters anyway even though we didn't care for the associate. The gal never even thanked us for our purchase. When we went to leave, my husband turned & said "you're welcome!" Still no response from the clerk. Needless to say, when we are back in Sedona, we will never bother this store again with our business since that is clearly what we must have been doing to them. We highly recommend the manager have a talk with this rep or find another person who really wants to work in this store. (Who knows, this COULD have been the manager! Gulp!) This store will end up losing sales and customers if this behavior continues. No, I'm not saying Sedona Artwear & Shirt Company has bad customer service. I'm merely saying they have ZERO customer service!

Great selection and best prices I have seen in Sedona for souvenirs, shirts , tanks, bags, and hats. $12-14 Sedona hats are a great value. All the other shops were 20-24. Don’t get ripped off, GO HERE

I'm visiting Sedona with my family bought a Medium sized shirt which I always wear, which is my size. Little did I know at the time of purchase that it was a juniors medium, and there are no signs or indication that it is junior sizing. In less than 24 hours I went and attempted to exchange the shirt due to it not fitting with the receipt in hand. I was told no exchanges or refunds are possible even though the employee admitted that they were wrong in not advising that the shirt was a junior. Very disappointed that the only course of action to amend this problem was " a 10% discount". What am I supposed to do with 2 of the same shirts?? Unfriendly and unreasonable staff.

Huge selection of reasonably priced t-shirts and hoodies. I was especially happy to see they had plus sizes ranging all the way up to 5X. Not many stores are sensible enough to do the same.
