What a great Auto repair Center. I Tow my 2020 Ranger behind my Thor Venetian RV so It often gets wear and tear on the suspension. While in Arizona I noticed the front drivers tire wearing on the inside two inches of the tire. This was the only unusual wear. The other three tires were good. I was able to get the front end inspected for any faults and the tires rotated but the place I went to could not due an alignment for over two weeks and being a traveler I could not wait. So I called Red Rock and set up an appointment first thing in the morning on a day I would have the time as I had seven days I Sedona. It took them a little over a hour and the truck felt new again. The mechanics are very well trained and Bill is very friendly, honest and efficient. I wish I had a shop like this in Florida. Thanks so much Red Rock.

Red Rock Auto Center was truly a lifesaver for my family and me. When our tires were literally falling off our vehicle, they came through for us in a big way. As a woman, I've had my fair share of experiences where auto shops have tried to take advantage of my situation, but that wasn't the case here. They treated me with respect, were upfront and honest, and provided top-notch service without any hidden agendas. Because of their integrity and the trust they've earned, I'll be using Red Rock Auto Center for all my future auto needs. They’re not just great mechanics—they’re great people.

Bill is kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. Despite not choosing to repair my transmission, he gave me great advice/connections for my future car purchase. It's clear that Red Rock Auto puts their customer's financial best interest first--- highly recommend!!

We were driving our daughter’s car cross country from Phoenix in August and the AC quit right off the bat…104 degrees! We thought we would die. At our planned stop Friday evening in Sedona, hubby called around on the off chance someone could help us out. One place could get to us in 4 days. ? But, Bill saved the day!! He had us come right in, diagnosed and AC recharged enough to get us to Montana!! After a day of heat exhaustion, Bill probably saved our marriage too! ?
Hubby was very determined I include this review as Red Rock would absolutely be our mechanic if we lived in Sedona. Great guys, professional and knowledgeable with hearts of gold.

I highly recommend Red Rock Auto.
I called Red Rock Auto this morning and Bill (owner) had me bring my car right in to repair/attach the undershield of my Honda Insight, which had become detached and dragging on the road as I was driving up Oak Creek Canyon. They immediately put my car on the lift and attached the missing pins. Not only was their service top notch, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me for labor or parts!!! Thank you so much!!!!

This auto center went above and beyond to help me when I had a dead battery and another auto place left me hanging out to dry for hours in the waiting room. The people took me right away, replaced a difficult battery and did other checks such as the electrical system, alternator, fluids and tires. Awesome mechanic and lady service manager!! They also saved me about $120 which the other place was going to charge me for the same work. It is so hard to find a reputable and kind auto repair shop that also treats older women well.

We were road tripping back to Texas when our brakes went out on 89A. We had our truck towed to Red Rock Auto in the evening. The next morning, Bill had our truck diagnosed and began working on it. He got our truck fixed up and back in working order by the following morning. We made it back to Texas and didn't have any issues after our service at Red Rock Auto. I highly recommend the shop!

Glad I had our car towed to Red Rock. Good people. Took care of the problem, made sure I knew what everything was going to cost, no last minute surprise charges. An honest shop. What more could you want? My "go to" place next time I do something stupid and break my car. Thanks guys!

This place deserves all the great reviews it gets. Honest and friendly. Another shop had tried to convince me that I needed an insanely expensive repair. Red Rock Auto Center did a complete diagnostic and the problem was a super easy and affordable fix. If you don't go to them first, it's definitely worth going to the for a second opion.

Small business managed on site by owner. Quality work, excellent detailed inspection report provided, fair price, and excellent customer service. It's huge to find a small service business that you can trust and rely on!

We were traveling and needed an alternator replaced as quickly as possible. Not only was Red Rock Auto Center able to get us in the same day, but work was done in the mid afternoon, on the same day!! Work ended up costing less than what we had seen online, which was a blessing! They also took pictures of all working parts of crv with other potential issues in the future, but didn’t pressure additional work and cost at the time. Angie at the front desk is amazing!! Really positive experience all around!!
