Loved this store, wonderful information from beautiful young lady who helped me find the perfect crystals for loved ones. Purchased bracelets and pendant and I look forward to gifting them to the survival people in my life.

Great products which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. But, despite the quality products, like many have mentioned, the customer service was off. I have a huge appreciation for handmade jewelry as I make my own, and was very excited to purchase a beautiful pair of peridox earrings. (My favorite stone)I picked them up and walked over to look at the other stones, and as I did that the employee quite literally jumped up and pushed past the other customers to go “check” the jewelry I had just looked at. She then urgently told whoever she was chatting with on the phone she “had to go” and gave me a look that said more than words could have. I guess because I was not dressed like a multi-millionaire hippie, rather a regular person, it was assumed that I was stealing. I have never been treated like that nor looked at in that way before, and it was degrading. The “vibe” of a crystal shop should be welcoming, loving and kind; as that is the core of spiritualism. (Crystals inadvertently represent spirituality) Do not go here unless you want to support gate keeping, judgmental jerks.

Cool place to find souvenirs to take home! Slightly more touristy than expected.4/5 stars ⭐️ only because I thought there might have been more fossils and dinosaur bones, especially since their gigantic t-Rex ? skull!

Marie is very personable and knowledgeable! Great selection of crystals and stones (a few tarot decks to choose from). Variety of necklaces, rings, so on. Ranges from mid to expensive.Picked up a heart shaped tiger's eye pendant as a gift ($18 +tax).

Great selection of gems and sparkly things, so I loved that. Took off two star for a couple of reasons though: 1) you're supposed to write down skus of your rocks and gems but the only sign I saw (I didn't think it was for all rocks and gems since I only saw in one spot on a wall over small polished stones) was on the other side of the store, no where near the entrance. So, it was kind of annoying to have to go back (me, not the employee, they were too busy talking to each other) and try to remember what the gems were called so I could get the right sku. 2) When I went, there two employees who were talking about another employee (badly) and we're not offering great customer service. I get it, some times co-workers or associates (if you're a manager) can be tough to work with and you need to figure out how to handle it, but don't bad mouth them while there are customers in the store. It's unprofessional and a turn off.

Well stocked and laid out store. I would have been a customer if I hadn't overheard the shop guy on the phone trash talking the customer who had just left because she asked an honest question. Anything in that store absorbing that kind of negativity and just plain meanness isn't something I would want to own. Sad.

Quaint little place. It’s hidden away upstairs in the corner.

My favorite crystal shop in Sedona! Told the owner I just started getting into crystals and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even talked about frogs with me :)

Grey was incredible! Such a great shop, and it was a breathe of fresh air to be met by such a welcoming individual.

This is a geological type store that has a very friendly gal who runs the place. She has everything from large geodes to fossils to gemstone jewelry. It is a well curated collection of geology and is worth stopping by. And don't forget to ask her about crystal skulls.

Good enough shop, but very tightly packed. My fiance and I enjoy some crystals and Tarot, but everything in the shop was pretty generic. Not much beyond a Rider-Waite deck or Rose Quartz. And all of it for about 30% more expensive than our hometown. There are some quite amazing larger geodes and fossils, but prices just are not competitive. Good for a quick and stuffy walkthrough, but not much else.
