“What a phenomenal place! I ordered a Scully jacket on-line and the owner called me to confirm the size. After a discussion, he recommended I get a different size, which turned out to fit perfectly. He knows his business! If that wasn't enough, he saw that the on-line price was incorrect and the price was actually less and refunded me the difference. Richard David will be my first stop from now on.”

“I loved my experience at this store! I'd been searching for a particular dress and not only did I find the perfect thing, it was on sale! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved a kimono that went well with the dress, but decided not to get it. I regretted that later and called the store - they were SO kind to me! The lady checked if they still had it, then agreed to ship it to me out of state. She even followed up to make sure I got it, which I did. So not only were the clothes great, with a wonderful selection, but the atmosphere was fun and the staff were incredibly helpful. And of course, Tlaquepaque is a gorgeous location. Highly recommend!”

“Since I work there, I would recommend Cactus Carlos. We have a very good selection of t shirts, jackets for cool weather, sweat shirts, and hoodies as well as souvenirs and toys for the kids. We also have t shirts for kids and hoodies for the kids. Our staff is friendly and always willing to help our customers.”

“Love this store and all of their merch! The staff is super friendly. I noticed that there was something wrong with a sweatshirt I purchased (patch was coming off) the first time I wore it a couple days after I bought it and had already left Sedona. So I went on the website to order another one, but the site indicated they don't have an online store. I called them, and Jess helped me resolve my issue! And I was able to order other additional items! And she was happy to help. She didn't make me feel like an inconvenience whatsoever. I had a great experience in Sedona and with this company, and now I have the best souvenirs, too! Thanks, Jess and Cheers :)”
“Not sure why the reviews are bad, I had a great experience here! The lady working was very helpful, and suggested a beautiful hand woven blanket which I bought! There are so many neat options here, and the prices really aren’t that bad. Honestly to all the people complaining, the staff/owner probably doesn’t want a bunch of kids running around messing up the store, and I can’t blame her. This is a boutique gift shop after all, not Disney world.”

“So many different shops to choose from in Sedona for knock knacks and such. This location had a good assortment of stickers, T-shirt's, hoodies, blankets and such. Prices are a bit higher in this area of Sedona, but the shop is large and service was pretty good.”
