FORMERLY VINCES - Newley Kaizen as of 2023. I must say, this team is the definition of Excellence, they care a lot about their customers they even gave me a ride down to the rental place. Fast service was in and out within a week. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

When my Baby Girl Mercedes Benz CLK 320 needed to be repaired Bernice and Peter were on it! They even went to battle by my side with Progressive! My car was finished in no time once Progressive paid and she looks brand new! They are professional and communicate about everything that's going on. Can't say enough about this team!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!They couldn't repair our vehicle after saying they could. Then they backed out and told us they can't repair it after all, but kept our over $10,000 deposit and will not return it. Have been trying to get it back since January.

Someone hit my truck in a local parking lot causing about $5k in damages. Did they leave a note? Of course not. So I took my truck over to Kaizen for an initial consult. I met with Peter and what a guy this fella is. So kind, so polite, take his job and you as his customer seriously. He has me in and out of there within 30 minutes and provided some of the best customer service that I have ever received which I was not expecting from a collision center. We scheduled my repairs, I brought my truck in and 6 days later they had my Ram 1500 looking brand new with all OEM parts (not after market). Kelly at the front reception was so sweet and she put up with all of my calls checking in on the timing of completion. I would bring my truck back here and recommend Kaizen to anyone out there looking for body work.Service: Body & Trim
