We drove 8 hours to the hotel and when I got there I was told they had massages at the spa. I called and made an appointment for 10 minutes later. The price of the spa is not listed anywhere and I was not told over the phone of the pricing. When I got to to the spa they handed me a paper to sign that was $210 for a 50 minute massage. I told them that it was too much and I was told they had a cancellation fee. Two days later when we checked out I got a bill from the desk for $210 from the spa. The lady never said anything about charging me the full price for the spa. I tried to figure it out over the phone but the spa lady had the hotel desk call me back instead. From my experience this spa is very shady. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was a awful experience.

My son called to for a massage 20 min before he went down and went down to meet at spa. Mind you they had plenty of openings every hour as the resort was a ghost town. When he arrived they informed him of the cost of the massage which he thought was way too high so he said never mind I will pass because it was too much for a young kid. Anyhow they decided to charge us $210 claiming that they have a 24hr cancellation policy. But wait let me get this straight he had just called to see about availability 20 min prior and said they had plenty and then when there he was told the price and he thought wow that’s expensive so he canceled as he didn’t have enough money. So instead of telling him your parents aregonna be charged regardless they sneakily charged our room the $210. Don’t you think if we the people renting the room we’re made aware that we would’ve had our son just have the massage? He was there for Christ sake. Poor management and poor handling of a business. Beware of their practices. We will contacting Hilton also as we are Hilton Honors members and travel once a month utilizing their facilities. Stay away! Thanks for ruining an absolutely amazing trip on my 50th birthday.

An 80 minute Massage from Marsha was exactly what I needed. She fixed a lingering low back/hip issue that had gotten worse from travel and hours of sitting at work. I also had a great pedicure from Heidi, who took the time to work out all sorts of tension in my feet and lower legs. I'll definitely return when I'm back in town next month.

I expected much more given the prices I paid for a facial and massage. At best, they were mediocre. And the facilities were less than that. To begin with, the woman who handled my initial booking was less professional than I would hope. She acted like I was inconveniencing her with my requests for services two months before the date I arrived. When I arrived for my services, the staff who greeted me was also barely professional. I was showed to my locker and told how to choose a code, but barely more. My facial was fine, but nothing special. I spent time in the quiet room before my facial and a significant time in it before my massage. Not once did anyone come in to tidy up. The music in the spa was the least soothing I have ever heard, and the sound system in the quiet room was malfunctioning: every 30 seconds or so it mad a sound like someone passing gas. My massage was also disappointing. In anticipation of a nice locker/dressing room, I brought my clothes and makeup with me to prepare for dinner after my treatments. Most spa dressing rooms have a full selection of razors, hair products, cotton balls, Qtips, combs, and the like. This dressing room had two hairdryers and tampons. There were things floating in the jacuzzi. Rather than laundry baskets for towels and robes, the door to the room with the laundry shoot was left open with a sign directing you to put dirty towels in but not robes. I never found where that was supposed to go. Honestly, I love going to spas, and I have been to my fair share. I have never had such a disappointing experience. Don’t waste your money here.

The best service ever! So kind , so hospitable! We didn’t get dinner on Sunday night and were so hungry. The vending was out of order at the time so I went to the front desk and Ida and Conner went to the kitchen and got us a snack. I couldn’t believe they did that. And let me tell you about Jed! APLUS human! Just loved him. He was so wonderful! We loved staying here. Everything about it!

Fiona, provided me with the best service for my facial and scalp treatment. She is incredibly friendly knowledgeable and helpful with addressing your skin concerns during your skin service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Beautiful spa. My girlfriend and I escaped to Sedona for a couple of nights. We stayed at the Hilton at Bell Rock and enjoyed one day at the spa. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Sedona Hilton Bell Rock for two nights, the second day we spent the whole day out and when we came back to our room the dirty pile of towels were not picked up still on the floor, no toilet paper and both trash dumpsters were full. We called the front desk twice before they came up, and the young man had to come back later at night to empty the trash container in our room, and left it outside our room. The service was horrible, our beds were not made, and when my husband went downstairs to complain we were told they do not clean the room during your stay. If I am going to spend over $300 per night I do want service, this is not a motel. Very disappointed, and will not stay there again. They should be making beds, replacing towels and emptying trash daily. The room was not touched.

After one night of the dog next door howling and barking and keeping us up we complained the second night and received apologies and were told the guests that left the dog were coming right back. Over an hour later no one Returned and the dog kept barking and howling. We finally started taking video and sound recordings since management didn't care at all. They offered to move us but we were checking out in the morning, and between wet hanging pool clothes and 4 people's stuff it would have taken an hour to pack up and move and it was 9:45PM. I love animals but I Can't believe they allow people to bring pets and leave then unattended and barking for hours!

Very disappointed in our room, roof vent rattled all the time, torn patio door covering, and the topper was a false fire alarm at around 11:30 to midnight, oh and no clock, I expected a clean quiet room but the views and-the grounds are great! We didn't get what we paid for!

Nice hotel. Very chill. The restaurant is strange. It's high end but cafeteria looking. We sat outside and the service was very good and the food was surprisingly very delicious and high end. The chicken was bomb and the charred octopus was super good! I would highly recommend! Rooms were clean and comfortable, very spacious, the kitchen was not properly stocked. No paper towels. Walk in Bathrooms shower were nice. Overall a very nice Hilton but the rooms needed more amenities.

I used to like this place but lately, it has disappointed me.The staff are nice and the pool is beautiful, but they have reduced exercise space. More recently, they started infusing the air with a very strong and, in my opinion, noxious scent. If you have environmental sensitivity or allergies, don't go. The latest is that they doubled the cost of a day pass for guests of members to $40. That's a lot of money for some weight machines and a swim! I'm staying on for the pool but if there was any other option for swimming in the VOC, I would quit my membership.

This was a nice stay on our recent trip to Sedona. Compared to our stay at Cottonwood best western, it was paradise! However, a few drawbacks would be, doors slamming at 1-3 AM, lack of linens, and of course the marketing factor for the extra night stay which was free. We were able to attend the presentation of their Hilton vacation package and still get out within an hour and 40 minutes!! Courteous people, great workout room and close to summon the most beautiful views ever!
