Shop has a sign posted that says that they're closed on Sundays and Mondays due to staffing issues. You can tell that they're experiencing issues when you walk in the store. It was the first time I can remember that I have not had somebody working at a Harley shop saying hello. The girl working behind the counter was more interested in continuing the conversation she was having on the phone with her friend than new customers walking in. I'm even sporting the telltale "I'll buy something " HD tee. They're an affiliate store of Flagstaff Harley so maybe they just can't find anybody decent to work in Sedona. My wife was going to purchase a shirt as well but was not interested since the girl wasn't interested in trying to make a sale.
For the store itself they have very limited inventory and only one design that says Sedona on the back. That in itself wouldn't be a problem except when you combine it with the obvious staff issues... Two stars.

No words to describe the disappointment... came 2 hrs from Phoenix, a group of 8 of us on motorcycles, just for you to be closed - without it being updated in your Google listing. Considering how easy it is to contact Google and update this, you're a sorry excuse of a business owner. Do better. HD should really reevaluate branch owners like you.

Ya need to update your hours....we drove 2.5 hours out of our way to come see this shop, CLOSED due to staffing issues. What? GTFO! DISAPPOINTED.

You would probably not inconvenience your customers (motorcyclists) if you actually opened at 9AM like you have advertised here.... I took a detour off I-40 just to stop here, only to be frustrated that you don't open until 10AM.

Great service! The elevator was down, and I couldn't walk the stairs. The young lady brought samples of what I was looking for, and I could make my purchase even though I couldn't make it up the stairs. Yay!

The lady working was very rude to me and my wife. We had ice cream cones and never went inside with them. I gave my wife my cone and went inside. I had wiped my hands with a napkin before I went in and the worker wanted to wash up before I was to look at anything.

Store closed on Sunday when tourist/bikers go riding. Like the shirts we saw in window. Went to web site and only basic shirts on website. From out of state, wish we could of bought a shirt.
