We’re visiting from ~2,500 miles away, my 2 year daughter face timed me while we were walking in. It’s her bedtime in “our” time, so I didn’t want to miss her call. I looked in and around to make sure no one was in the store so not to disturb them and there was no one else. While standing at the counter going to check out the worker walked up, making eye contact and cranked the volume of the radio almost full blast and walked away. I left my stuff and will not return, nor ever recommend someone else visit. WORST customer service!!

My son saw a tee in the window, but they were closed...had him walk there from dinner the following night before we left Sedona, and he got there ten minutes before they closed, but they had closed already and wouldn’t let him or others inside.

Why do stores in this city not open when they say? Have been wanting to buy my stepson a shirt in this store (the let's eat bob shirt) since Jan 2020 and it's never open. just stopped by at 9:32 and on this site it says open but doors locked and no one inside. Change your hours so people don't go out of their way

Everywhere else in Sedona allows medical exemptions, but not happy trails! Clearly they don't mind discriminating against people that are unable to wear masks, nor do they want our money. We frequent Sedona and come at least once per month and spend a ton of money. I'll be sure to let everyone know about your wonderful policies. P.s, you do realize that this virus has once 99% survival rate, don't you? That's more than the flu. Wake the f up. Oh...pps, I had the virus twice, have the antibodies still. Why should I even have to wear a mask if I'm not even contagious? This whole thing is d*** and so are you.

So many different shops to choose from in Sedona for knock knacks and such. This location had a good assortment of stickers, T-shirt's, hoodies, blankets and such. Prices are a bit higher in this area of Sedona, but the shop is large and service was pretty good.

Strolled downtown after dinner and this store was still open so we walked in. They sell t-shirts, hoodies, caps and other souvenir items. The store is clean, organized and offered "funny" AZ shirts which was awesome because everyone else just had the name SEDONA on them. Shirts were priced the same as other stores (the Duck Co. had better designs) with XXL and up priced $2 more. I highly recommend stopping by this store if you like fun shirts to bring back with you!

Worst customer service ever.. Asked the price of a shirt and the girl behind the counter gave me the look of you interrupted my phone time.. Will never return to this store again.. Get people in your store that actually have a personality

Been to Sedona three times in the past 10 years. The Duck Co. Is the place for cool and different t-shirts. I'll be stopping in next month.
