Although Kevin was super nice and helpful, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars.. i would give zero stars if that was an option to the woman I'm writing the review for. I took my son's pictures on passportphotos.com with the option to print them myself, it sends you detailed instructions on how and where to print them but when I went to the cvs and along with Kevin to their website as instructed on the email details, we noticed the size option for printing was too big for a passport picture, Kevin had also been in that situation so he asked another associate, a very impatient and rude one named Tracy which I later found out was a supervisor, I'm writing this in hopes that the store director sees this and is aware of his or her employees skill set and talents to better place them, this woman Tracy had an annoyed face before she was even asked the question, then became annoyed that Kevin was even asking her anything that she felt I had to do on my own since I had to do it online, she didn't even want to deal with it when she learned I had already taken the passport pictures elsewhere and insinuated to him in front of me that I should just figure it out by myself so I started to talk to him only since he was the only one willing to help me and she got so insulted that I was only talking to him that started laughing and said she was leaving and when I said bye she yelled "excuseeeee me" just all around inappropriate and zero customer service skills, I'm sure she was having a bad day like we all do sometimes the difference is that when you are working you need to at least try to keep your issues and problems at home, that doesn't give anybody the right to act that way to a customer that is lost in what they are trying to do, there are ways to say you don't know either, Kevin can certainly show her a thing or two, or three. She had an annoyed tone the entire time, kept making sarcastic comments, as you can tell I have a lot more to say about that episode I just experienced at that store, but I also have better things to be doing that wasting my time on this person. I'm happy to go over everything that happened with the store director if they would like to contact me.

I've never had a problem using this pharmacy in all the years we have lived in Sedona. Today I had an emergency prescription called in by my primary care provider and a nanosecond after my provider hit "send" I immediately received a notice on my phone from CVS that included the approximate time it would be ready. I used the drive-up window and was waited on immediately. This will always be our pharmacy of choice.

They have major issues with procedures/training. They keep trying to charge prescriptions without processing insurance.

After 2 attempts and horrible experiences at Walgreens in Sedona to get passport photos for grandbaby, I was grateful to have a decent experience here. Thanks to the 2 sweet gals Rosemary and ? Can't remember her name but both did a great job, were happy to help. If you need passport photos come here!!

What can I say about CVS? Fast, easy, clean, had what we needed. The service was friendly and helpful. It was easy to find, easy to access, and lots of parking. I would recommend this CVS.

Very conviently located and has a lot of stuff especially if you forget to bring something on a trip to Sedona. The parking area is in a beautiful location and it is worth taking the time to check out the scenery. Caught a rainbow while there.

Impossible to get a call through to a pharmacist. Instead I spent 20 minutes arguing with a robot. When I finally spoke to a pharmacist she told me there was nothing she could do about the inability to talk to a pharmacist, which can sometimes be very important.. I recommend bypassing this pharmacy.

Hour spent in the drive through (only one vehicle ahead of me). Order was sent through at 1pm and went to pick it up 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. Three workers inside and they just talked and giggled the whole time. Unproductive and need retraining apparently.

We get our prescriptions filled here. Seldom any issues. Closing for a break mid day is a little strange but other than that good service.

Waited 4 hours for prescription to be filled. Only to be told it wasn't covered by insurance. Too late to go anywhere else. Had to pay $56 to get one pill. We're told anywhere EXCEPT CVS could have used our insurance. Should we consider ourselves lucky because the next day Walgreens kept us waiting for 7 hours only to be told they were out of stock

The store is a four but Teresa is a five+. She is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable...a great asset to this CVS. Teresa was working non-stop while I was shopping: stocking, assisting customers, and working the register. Thank you, Teresa.
