Waited 4 hours for prescription to be filled. Only to be told it wasn't covered by insurance. Too late to go anywhere else. Had to pay $56 to get one pill. We're told anywhere EXCEPT CVS could have used our insurance. Should we consider ourselves lucky because the next day Walgreens kept us waiting for 7 hours only to be told they were out of stock

My experience at this CVS has always been excellent and the people knowledgeable and helpful.

The store is a four but Teresa is a five+. She is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable...a great asset to this CVS. Teresa was working non-stop while I was shopping: stocking, assisting customers, and working the register. Thank you, Teresa.

Fabulous Pharmacy Staff. Love their can do attitude and going the extra mile to help us out. Cheerful and dedicated to doing a great job

The store seems a bit understaffed. It's challenging to get someone's attention and help, but once heard the staff is very polite. After some time of looking around, I found the store has most things I needed, fire logs, candles, beverages. Prices are a bit high.

Warning do not sign up for the care pass! The workers will do everything to sign you up and tell you what a great deal it is and that all you have to do is go online and cancel which is a big lie. It will take you an hour and a half to try to cancel their five dollar a month care past to save $10 and the coupon won't work so you'll end up spending two hours of your day talking to someone in India who's going to try to talk you into keeping their CVS care pass. Don't fall for the scam. What a waste of an hour and a half

Zero stars for this place. Absolutely no sense of urgency. The lady who answered the phone I presume was a pharmacy tech placed me on long extended hold after waiting an already lengthily time. It's a Tuesday after a busy holiday weekend so I'd assume they wouldn't be busy and I'd assume they'd have enough employees. The line was long for vaccinations and pharmacist was busy doing that and no one was assisting customers expect the pharmacy tech who was glued to the cash register. They called my name for pick up and only 1 script was ready. The pharmacy tech must be under a lot of stress...mouthy, flippant, and rude.

Easy access from the main highway, large location and plenty of parking. We went I. Looking for more ice and water. Service was good and my daughter even found a cute enamel pin for me since I collect them.

Great location and open late (might be 24/7). Store is organized with fully stocked shelves. Staff is friendly, too.

Slow lines and they require a key from the cashier to use bathroom! Is this downtown LA? Why lock the bathrooms? Bad idea. I had to go to CVS due to ulcerative colitis, which causes me to have to use restroom immediately at times. I ran to restroom and I saw sign saying I needed key from the OPPOSITE side of store at register. Physically in pain as I ran to register and flagged down cashier for key and ran back to bathroom. Ridiculous. I should have gone in the middle of the store than risk hurting myself.

One cashier, on a weekend. Need I say more? Get with it CVS. Tourist town, expect lots of tourists and be ready. Unacceptable.

Ehhh... they didn't sell gloves (I was just looking for something cheap so my hands don't freeze), but I won't hold that against them. Though they did sell bathrobes, slippers, Sedona t-shirts, and baseball caps. I was really hoping for some gloves! Sedona is cold in the winter. That aside, the store was like a typical CVS. I saw two workers -- one behind the register and one stocking shelves. I didn't receive a greeting from anyone. Decent amount of parking in their lot. 2018: 99/100

This pharmacy doesn't take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. When I went to pick up my prescription, they informed me of this fact, but then kept repeating what dollar amount I owed. I did not take my prescription; I was not about to pay full price without insurance. I had my prescription transferred to Walgreens instead.

This has got to be the WORST pharmacy I have ever done business!!! They are super slow; I have never been helped without waiting no less than 20 mins.that is both in person and on the phone. I waited on hold for 30 mins before I even spoke to a human and then was put on hold many times within the same call. The incompetence of the staff is ridiculous. There is zero communication and don't expect them to do their job properly or without loads of phone calls or prodding. If you value your time and sanity, pick another pharmacy!!! I will NEVER USE THIS ONE AGAIN!
