I didn't expect to get perfect customer service out of a gas station but the kid that worked on June 14th 2024 around 8:00 PM to 9:00PM needs to be fired. He couldn't even do the bare minimum and was completely unprofessional. He didn't put my things into a bag after I bought it and he only got a bag once I asked for a bag, he was juggling canned drinks in front of me while I was paying for the items and he had an attitude when I asked about their Circle K membership as if expecting me to know how their membership works lol. You don't have to be a perfect worker, but damn I don't even think that you realize that you're getting paid to work there. At least do the bare minimum and not be a rude jackass.

As others have said the old lady obviously loathes herself & her job. Don’t work there if you hate tourists or people in general. Get a new job or fix the attitude.

This place, as well as many other places in Sedona, are ridiculous! Porta potties in their parking lot. How disgusting, tactless, and dehumanizing. Sedona gets worse as each year passes. Over priced yuppy town.

No public restrooms only a dirty nasy outhouse with nothing to clean your hands, yet one the highest gas prices around. Go somewhere where they respect their customers enough to let them use their restroom.

Have you heard about the latest scam from Circle K? They are now asking you to show your ID every time you buy a lottery ticket, even if you are 90 years old. They don't just look at the front of your ID, but they take the hand-held scanner and scan the barcode/QR on the back of your license. The info has not only your name and address, but your photo, height, weight, and if they tap into ADOT info, your SS#. The company does not care about age and will waffle about why you have to show an ID to buy a lottery ticket. It's all about collecting your personal info so they can sell this info to others, including scammers and marketers. And maybe make some fake IDs too! Don't give them your Drivers' License! Tell them you will buy the ticket without showing the ID or walk away without buying anything. It is a scam, thought up by Brian Hamasch the CEO and some guy named Tom Nearman.

The lady working behind the registered was extremely rude to another employee dropping off something. It’s crazy how a lot of stores in Sedona have employees like this. It takes of how beautiful Sedona is. Please hire ppl with good customer service. People here are paying extra for everything. The least we should have is good customer service.

Lady employee VERY rude to say the least! If you are that unhappy with the job, just quit. Honestly you should work from home with the people skills that you have. I'm sure I'm taking about the same woman in all the other reviews, management should really do something.
